How I can get yall to take care of yourselves? My hun is not doing it

Same here. I burned myself out a couple years ago, and I’ve been in hermit mode/monk mode ever since. I literally moved out of state into the forest because I couldn’t balance my energy. I’ve disconnected from almost everything and everyone. Career, people, friends, family (outside of a selected few and the family tree that I co-created). I was just giving my energy to everyone else around me but me, it left me empty, unhappy, anxious, and unloving of my own being. I’m still working on filling my cup back up and truly finding balance, but I’ve learned how to prioritize my own energy (selflessly). We can’t give if our cups are empty 🙏🏽
