hi, can you estimate in what range we can expect the power outputs (e.g. 30s, 1min, 5min, 20min) of the top riders in this academy? Does Zwift publishes the results? thank you
Hi @MAxilixAM Here are my personal benchmarks for male World Tour riders. It's hard to say if riders in ZA will get close to these but to be competitive at WT level they need these numbers. Zwift won't publish any numbers directly but with some digging you might be able to find each rider's personal data. 10 seconds at 15.93 to 14.43 w/kg 5 minutes at 7.16 to 6.88 w/kg 1 minute at 10.17 to 9.40 w/kg 20 minutes at 6.28 to 6.03 w/kg 20 minutes at 5.5 to 5.8 w/kg after 3000 kJ 5 minutes at 6.8 w/kg after 3000 kJ 4 hours at 4 w/kg with
Part of the problem is incentive. Years ago there was training plan chart with everyone so you could see exactly where you were in comparison with others. It ran w/kg and raw power data. Now you’ll never know where you sit or which workout you need to run a second time. PS …subscribed
Did the first workout and man, that was a tough one lol. I’m a sprinter/puncher rider type, definitely not pro potential but I will do these for the challenge of them.
I've done all of them since joining Swift bit I'm thinking of skipping this year. Previous years always managed to give me a big boost but it doesn't seem like this year is meant to do this. I get the impression I will likely be more frustrated and have worse results
