My husband and I have been married for almost 5 years, together for over 10 years. Living with my husband has been like a sleepover with my best friend every day for the last 5 years! It has its ups and downs, but you learn to work things out and find your own space. Unfortunately it is difficult in a small apartment, but it won't be that way forever! 😊

I think marriage is great! My husband and I make 19 years this August and yes we've had our ups and downs, but we have made it work. I honestly believe that having good communication, being transparent with one another, and willing to work through things are key to a happy life together. I also believe that having a relationship with God helps too. I think you 2 are so adorable and already have a good foundation for a long lasting marriage. I love how Guppy genuinely looked so confused. 😂 Also I grew up around your typical patriarchal/unequal marriages. And I always hated seeing those types of marriages and never wanted that for myself. I love seeing equal marriages like this. And it honestly makes me so happy. I wish everyone’s marriage was like this. For I long time I never wanted marriage and kids because I was completed surrounded by those types of marriages. But when I see videos of equal married couples like this I now realize this is the kind of marriage I want.

I get to spend time with my husband and best friend ❤️ the first year was definitely different because of the habits we’ve formed as single people and there were disagreements and arguments but we’ve gotten through it. It’s all about communication and giving room to process at times. Marriage is fun and an amazing adventure!
