Going for a shore luring or jigging trip on St John's Island? I've been on several trips and have been on fishing trips where I forget one thing or the other, making my trip less enjoyable. Hi, I love your videos, very informative. Would you be able to share some tips on how you tie your lures to the leader? Some people said should tie directly but you mentioned you use snaps for quick changeover. Any pros and cons?

Yes, I will do that in the future videos! I think will be good right? I usually use snaps for convenience but better to go for swivel to split rings cause it's stronger

Usually I use PE2.5 or PE2 for mainline. Leader 40lbs mono. Rod wise fast or regular fast action.

Hi Ryan, Your videos has certainly got me pufferfish poison again. Got tips from your other videos, I just bought my Daiwa rod + Shimano 2500HG spinner specially lures and jigs casting. Now I'm stocking up on all the other essentials, plus long sleeve fishing shirt, hat, polaroid shades and bag too. Perhaps a chance to see you on St John and Kusu next time.
