I always like watching your try-ons! So honest and helpful for those of us that are not a size 6! Can't tell you how many things I've wasted money on buying that just don't look great on me because I'm bigger, and had to order online without trying on.
Everyone else has been raving about that first dress you showed. So, when I saw it at my local Wallyworld, I immediately tried it on. And - like you - was disappointed. Glad to see I'm not the only one who finds it lacking.

Also, loved your description of your stomach being "out and proud". 50 year old here and as my stomach gets bigger ( meno belly is what they call it), that really helps me to maybe embrace the change! Especially loved the moto jacket, so if they have my size locally, I might try to pick one up!
I think we are all overly excited about cargos cuz they are a new trending thing that has made a return from long ago. With returns in fashion we see new fabrics, new colors, more stretch etc. and so ya I got hooked into this look too-LOL. I bought my cargos in the MENS section at Walmart. I am not plus size but I am tall with big calves. Most women 's pants are too short and strangle my calves, very weird look-LOL. The MENS section has so many more affordable options and fit options in tops and jackets too!
I was so lucky to snag those celebrity pink olive cargo pants. They were the only lonely pair hanging by themselves. Tried them on and loved is an understatement!!! I have such a hard time finding pants that fit and flatter. These are truly a gem. I can’t wait to style them an endless amount of ways. Don’t mean to rub it in. I’m just super excited they look good on ME!
Agree with you totally! However, if you love the tan cargo pants, just wear a flowy top that hits below your groin area. I just thought the hem on your left side looked weird compared to the right. Try your blue jean jacket or your orange sweater with them. I thought the top of the cargo pants looked a lot better than those dark blue jeans that you did a weird movement in.
Love the look of the faux leather jacket. I see it’s available in a dark brown. Will have to check it out. My jackets are from Torrid and they are a little short for my taste. This one you tried looks a little longer. Those cargo type pants look cute, but I don’t need anything with a flashing sign that says look at my tummy area. Great video! The cardigan looks fab on you! 100000% AGREEE with you on the Sofia Jeans line. I love their patterns and fabric, but the fit, sizing, and weird "uniquenesses" never look good on my bigger apple shaped body. ALSO, it seems like I am always 1 or 2 sizes larger in her clothing which is never a great feeling.
Totally! I kinda feel like the brand is focused on being a "regular" sized brand, but is ONLY inclusive to be sold in Walmart. Their designs do not have a plus sized body in mind, at all!
Hi great haul, I love Sophia jeans I have so many, I fluctuate from a size 14 to 16 but I have no hips it depends on your body shape you should try Levi’s jeans you can’t go wrong, they never disappoint 👍🙏❤️🌺
Generally I like that horizontal seam on dresses. There is less bulky fabric around the stomach and that makes me look slimmer. But it's a chaotic choice for such a boldly printed fabric.
Hi, I Iive in Québec Canada and you can't complaint about your Walmart because here it is awfull. In yours you can find some nice stuff. I am going this week end and I hope I will find the jeans jacket even if I never buy from Junior brands. This piece is amazing. I am about the same shape of you and I can relate when you try a nice garnment and the belly doesn't cooperate. I agree with you about Sofia all the top that I bought I never wore them more than once or twice. Continue your good work and avoid the bad junior brand and stay in Time and Trr, Eloquii and Terra. Sometimes I was lucky with Free Assembly but not often. Have a great week and I can't wait to see your next video.

Ugh! I just got some great pieces at Walmart yesterday. I saw the wide leg, dark soft denim jeans and was SO exited! I also typically wear a 16, but know that I have to size up in the Time and Tru. The 18 fit, but it was too short! 😢 They had short and regular lengths, but no longs! Whyyyyy?! I am 6' tall, so I almost never can wear regulars...but I have hope. Walmart needs to offer more jean cuts in longs. I almost got the moto jacket in a dark brown. I'll probably go back and get it! 😍

Yes! I've only seen regular and short in the Time and Tru, but the other jeans brands (Lee and Levi maybe?) Offer their jeans in longs. I typically only buy Torrid 14T to 16T (depending on style/cut)...but they haven't had a decent pair of wide leg trouser type jeans in years! They just dropped a wide leg, but the knees have holes in them. I. Can't. I love your videos btw. We're similar in size, shape , and height...so I've bought quite a few things based on your try-ons!! 🥰 Although, your legs are much better than mine! 😅
The Sophia jeans are terrible, I have had bad luck with them too. Sophia brand does need to get their sizing corrected. I do have the cargo pants from celebrity pink and I love them! I am 18/20 size but I’m 5’5 in height. I like how you add little bits of comedy to your videos. 😂
Hey, I know you didn't like the first dress, but I just wanted to say that it actually looked really good on you. I have seen that dress in the store and it just didn't look right on the rack and that price point is ridiculous. Anyway, I think the dress looked good on you and you make me almost want to buy it bc it looked really pretty on you despite the dislike and price. Walmart clothes and brands are hit and miss. Oh man that Denim dress looks cute until you point out it's issues. Those are BIG issues too. Do you have any videos on bottoms? I have the worst time finding any kind of bottom. leggings are my favorite and even those are hard for me to find. I wear a 20-24 depending on brand ect.
Thank you so much for the lovely compliment! The Sophia Jeans dress is a dream from the waist up, but for some reason the seam at the hips just turns me off. I have a bigger bottom than top, so it may be worth a try and you may really like it! I loooove the colors and fabrics. So nice! As far as bottoms specifically, I only have one video talking about them (that I can think of) and it's the Universal Standard jeans video from a few months ago. GREEAT pieces but they can be pricey. One thing about them though is they will last forever, so it may be worth the investment. I hope that helps and thank you again for everything! XO
Sometimes I will try something I dislike on a hanger, because you never know how it will fit you. It is a good way to find treasures. To me sophia Jeans often is too small, awkward, and/or too long. I feel like I should be 5"10 with no hips to fit their demographic
Girl, The first dress is such a UNFORGIVING material. So, l know that went back. I'm over summer. I'm ready for fall. Lol. Never thought l would say that but, l have so many great outfits I'm ready to wear. Lol. Btw, What is up with Walmart and stuff being $39???? Not, here for that price especially with some of the stuff being so cheap made. No thanks. 😂😂
I love the look of Sophia jeans but most of them make my belly look bigger. I have to wear a belt with them because after wearing the for an hour or so they slag in the crotch area.
