You're right; Florida Prince peach trees are widely grown in south Florida with zero chill hours and still fruit. Tropic Prince is another variety that does well in heat.
Yes I made jam , you could freeze them and all that , I prefer to eat them fresh since they are not the biggest and they are clingston and juicy so they are not the easiest to keep. Not saying you can’t just a lot of work .
Yep exactly! We love eating them as ripe as they can get before they fall off the tree, definitely juicy and soft but delicious! We love them fresh, not enough to do anything else with them, I suppose we can make wine out of them next year.
