I moved to Boston for a scholarship. I moved from Napa, CA. I’ve been bored out of my mind here and take a flight to NYC or DC on the weekends to leave Beantown. I feel DC is more my style. What I do love about Boston is that I feel a lot more safer here compared to San Francisco Bay Area and it’s amazingly walkable, especially when the T fails to work properly. But nothing really impressive to see or do, well for me at least. Seeing others find beauty is nice because I still haven’t found any, and I’ve been here for over a year. One more year of school left, and I can move on! 😅

Hey Buddy! Adjusting from Napa, CA to Boston can be tough, especially if it doesn't match your style. It's awesome that you're taking advantage of weekends to explore NYC and DC-both cities have so much to offer. Boston has its own unique charm, though it sometimes takes a while to discover. I'm glad you feel safe and appreciate the walkability. Hang in there-sometimes all it takes is finding that one spot or activity that resonates with you. It was my first time visiting Boston on vacation, and I loved it.If you love pizza, I highly recommend trying Regina Pizzeria.What do you enjoy about DC? We're planning a trip there soon.
