I love these videos. So often when I watch tours of Rome, it is the usual attractions. But your videos show not only new places, but still shows the history of Rome. Please do more videos of these hidden gems of Rome
This is the second time that you’ve blown my mind with your content-in a good way. You’re getting pretty good at blogging. Thank you from the heart and keep up the excellent work🤗👏
Love the video! And great choices too! I have no idea why so many people totally overlook Villa Borghese and the Altar of the Fatherland/Vittoriano. These two places offer hands down the best views of Rome! And at very cheap too!
Thank you for great suggestions. We've been to Rome a few times but missed to visit some of the places - Santa Maria degli Angeli i dei Martiri, Vittoriano, Palazzo Venezia. We walked by them but neglected to venture inside. We're visiting Rome this September and will definitely see these gorgeous monuments. Looking forward for more "hidden Rome". Molto grazie. You're fabulous guide.
Brava! Excellent introduction to some jewels of Rome. Alas, only to see the main churches of Rome more than one month would be necessary! And yet your guide is very useful.
Huge thanks! 😊 this is super helpful as I wonder what’s worth seeing during the summer, when the must see attractions will be much too busy for my liking.
All the must-see attractions are already super crowded, unfortunately. Definitely perfect time to explore some "hidden gems." If you haven't watched it yet, I have the whole series dedicated to "hidden gems of Rome" and I am currently filming more!
What a discovery for me! Been to Rome 5 times from 1962 to 2016. Maybe 2 months total!! Your presentation of what to add for unknown site worth visiting is SPOT ON!!! Some, like the Borgese Gallery, I've visited every trip. Promise to laud your skills to others! Truly girl, only Paris can come close to Rome though on a different level of entertainment. Thanks for your professional presentations m'lady! Al
Too much to see in too short of allotted time at Galleria Borghese. A must return place. But I did take time to study the 3-dimensional details of Apollo and Daphne. Life size. Life like captured in the moment. Fortunately, staff did not tell me to move on. The small number of visitors allowed eliminates being pushed aside by people in a hurry to see everything.
Great tips! I was in Rome this week for the first time, and I left for the last day of the visit to the Borghese Gallery, and I couldn't get tickets because it was sold out. So it's better to buy the tickets at an advantage as this gallery is probably popular now!
Oops I oversold it in my video! Haha! Thank you Fran. Yes, Borghese Gallery is special and I am so happy more people are now interested in visiting this gem. Hopefully you will be back soon to explore more of Rome. And yes - getting tickets in advance for everything is a good idea!
Love your work !!!! We will be in Rome at the end of September, I just booked your dinner tour of Trastevere for my whole family - SO LOOKING FORWARD to great food and the vibe you bring!!!!
Love your smile and videos, such a positive energy you bring!!! We will be in Rome at the end of October, we will definitely visit your recommended places.
Ooo exciting stuff A. Can’t wait for my next visit to go to these gems you’re showing us! Meantime, love seeing you and getting to be an armchair traveler with your always awesome information and personality +
This is very helpful! Thank you. 🤗My family and I will be in Rome, Italy from November 20, 2022 through November 29, 2022. What's going on in Rome during this time period?
Hoping to be in Italy next month and your RU-vid channel has been my go to, for information since last month. This will be my first international trip and I'm both nervous and excited. Hoping my Visa application gets approved next week!... 🤞
Hi I will be going to Italy in Sept. I will be staying in Aviano area. I never plan a trip like this. Am staying 3 to 4 weeks. how I should start? am completely lost since I can decided what to see. I want it all.
Hi Sandra! You can do your own research by watching lots of videos, reading blogs, asking questions in forums, etc. If you want for someone to help you plan the entire trip based on your specific budget, preferences, etc and answer all of your questions than you can schedule a consultation session with me: stayfabulousbyag@gmail.com
You will need a travel adaptor, because Italy operates on a 230V supply voltage. Most hotels and airbnbs provide you with one, so I would check with them first
