I have them every once in a while. Most of the time, I just accept it and move on. I don’t want a negative review. I have definitely been scammed by buyers. What they do is ruin the item. I know the condition when I send it out. They definitely fake claims and it’s disappointing. PM customer service is really getting on my nerves. I’m an established seller. One buyer claimed a pair of Lululemon leggings were phony. If you know how many Lulu leggings I sell. PM approved it. When they came back to me I took them to Lulu and sent PM the video of the convo -totally unacceptable to me. I don’t record myself packing the sale because I pack things as soon as I photograph it. I agree with not replying with their energy. But, mostly I just let it go.
