this is how most modern diesel engines work, its no problem easy to deal with, in fact the holden system is better than some other makes

They should build an electric heating element into the DPF and have a 240 volt socket in the car so I can connect it to the garage and heat the DPF.

or just allow you to manually regen ie start vehicle in morning and hit regen button let the car warm up and regen dpf or when you get home regen. especially if you live in a city where you mostly do short journeys that dont allow you to drive over 50kmhs for longer then 25 minutes .

Honestly though in that situation a gas engine is better, small short trips are horrible for any diesel but especially one with a dpf

What if the engine is working in one place, parking for example and just keeping more then 2000 rpm for 25 min. or more?

posed to turn to ash ... need parked regen like big rigs but most likely emission will be done with here soon so buy a pos and ful spending 50k on a car thts going to cost u as much as a clunker

You take that dpf and urea system and throw it in the trash... That's how you handle these things. Worried about warranty? The only reason you'll have warranty issues will be related to the DPF and urea systems.

if you dont have a dpf filter it will gather up in your intake system as they recirculate some of the exhaust gas into the intake to warm vehicle on cold starts. also your vehicle would smoke so bad everyone behind you will want to murder you.
