There's a distinction between "high" and "low" frequencies. Vibing at a "high" frequency is not describing the "height" of the waveform but the rate (number of) of oscillations (cycles of up and down). Since frequencies are a number of oscillations over a time period, looking at a low frequency, you have less oscillations during a certain time period vs in a high frequency, you have more oscillations within the same period of time. So to be in high frequency, it is describing the ability to get back to "up" when "down" quickly vs staying stuck in a high or low. Another way to look at it is the term "get back on the horse". I spent decades beating myself up whenever "I fell off the horse" which led me to stay stuck in the mud. Now that I realize that "failure" is simply a part of the oscillation, I get back on that "horse" as quick as possible. "You've done it before, so you can do it again."

Man Nero I’ve been guilty and disappointed in myself since I was 21 I’m 24 now . I was in the military working out etc had a good relationship all of a sudden everything came crashing down everything I felt like I built was gone. I’ve been trying to find myself ever since . I lost my confidence , my weight , my girl my best friend killed himself in front of me and a lot more . Now I have two daughters that I just want to be a king for . I’ve been praying I got a good job now I’m trying to build that foundation but I kept feeling like everything was in the way . This content is applicable to my current situation. I became a Muslim after studying religions. I was strict and doing well as a Muslim.
