What to Do with Dud Canister Shells after the 4th! 

You're a pro so you know this. Shoving a bare match head in to the lift can cause the match to go off. It may be rare but it has killed a number of people over the years. We had a horrible case here in Texas a few years ago. The guys were shoving bare match in to the lift of the shells in the back of a truck full of product. I'll admit I have done it myself, albeit VERY slowly and carefully. One thing I have found is that I have never been able to spark off the pyrogen on Firewire with friction nor impact. I might be more inclined to pull back the shroud on Firewire.

So I used to pull the shrouds back but I did this whole years show with the shrouds in. It saved so much time.

Fuses make their own oxygen so that isn't a cause of shells not firing

Actually on all the fireworks it says guaranteed dud free or replacement so if any duds ur suppose to take it to the store u bought It n they'll replace it well that's what my store has done for me anyway i use sky king n phatom n they both guaranteed dud free shots

Dangerous practice for unskilled consumers

I’ve gotta say that your advice is not safe at all. You’re not providing good advice for unlaunched canister shells. Why knock over the tube? If there’s a hang fire, the mortar tube should point up. Why pull back the shroud when it’s there for safety to prevent discharge by shock or friction? Please edit your video to give your viewers safer information.
