Thanks for posting. People need to know this survey exists. Burning it will probably not help. I started receiving phone calls & messages when I did not immediately respond to the questionnaire. Failure to respond can evidently result in a $100-$5,000 fine. I got tired of the harassment & returned the form with minimal answers. It would not be a surprise if the phone calls resume. Anyone with this experience?

LOL you forgot the question: What time do you leave for work each day ?etc... Heck! maybe the government just wants to send a cleaning crew to my home while I'm at work so I'm all happy when come home to a clean house. BEST PART OF YOUR VIDEO... Your "New Statue of Liberty" !! You know, some people do not believe that this ACS thing is real! I received 2 of them! I say let's get together for an American Community Bonfire.

To boostn22: I couldn't agree with you more. However, the ACS survey was first used in 2000 under the Clinton administration. Since then it has evolved into more & more invasive questions.

Think about it, why do we have to state what race we are. This has been a tradition since slavery, we have no need for it now. We are suppose to be equal.

Article 1 section 2 in the US Constitution states the purpose for the census (ecery ten years) is for the purpose of numbering (ennumeration) of the people which determines the number of representitives a state may have. THIS LEGAL census is required by law. NEVER is information as is demanded in the ACS mentioned. A fed statute does NOT mean constitutional. I have contcted my state reps. AMERICANS PLEASE DO LIKEWISE! It does matter.

My neighbor is deaf, dumb, blind and can't write and got one of these, I guess their going to jail for not telling these deaks if they have a refrigerator or if they had a baby in the last few months.

why do they need this info?I don't know about you, but this is humiliating....
