I just came back from a week-long holiday at my parents' house while they were on vacation and needed someone to look after their chickens. I brought my bunny Ernie with me and not once did she pee or poop where she wasn't supposed to or chew on cabels, she loved it there, kept following me even when I just went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and kept lying down basically anywhere. 😄 (She did jump over a coffee table and break a mug, spill four mugs trying to steal a cork coaster and chew into a paper bag of old bread for the chickens in the pantry... but that's not really something I can even work on other than watch her better.😅) I wouldn't be able to bond with her so much without your channel, thanks so much for your work.

instruktioner and prepairing is always good. a few years ago i was out for my friends weddeng over the day so I technely dident need a baby sitter for her but my nephew checken up on her during the day and spended some time whit her it was nice. stay hoppy.

My Bun travels with me. She has a outsids cage at everyone's house where I stay 😂 she stays inside alot but somtimes I put her outside in her cage so she can get some sun and dig her little heart out

Great video! We use Trusted Housesitters when we travel. It takes a lot of work up front to be ready to leave, but the effort is worth it. We have the sitters come a day early to learn everything and meet Winnie. And I leave a 9 (nine!!! 🤯) page document with everything they might ever need to know, including general bunny information. Most sitters don’t know free roam rabbits, but are eager to learn and we’ve had nothing but great experiences. We do, however, conduct careful video interviews with each applicant. It’s a good solution for those of us without family nearby.

This gave me so much motivation to be a bit more prepared the next time I go away! So thank you lots! ❤❤

Hi! I’ve found your channel recently and honestly I don’t regret. I got a bunny two days ago, he’s 2 months old and has not been spayed or neutered yet. He also has some spots that does not have fur. When I first got him, I noticed him shaking a lot so we put him outside. He kept hiding under a table, which I know that means he’s scared. So I let him stay like that and do whatever he needed to do outside, like explore and whatever. But today, I’ve been trying to get much closer to him. I wouldn’t disturb him, but I’d let him sniff me. Most of the times, he’d sniff me and run away. Or he’d sniff my sock, scratch it and bite it. I’m not sure whether this is a sign of aggression or whatever, and I’d like to know what to do on that. I decided to put his cage outside, considering he’s more of an outside rabbit. Is this okay? Although I will open the cage and let him do whatever he wants around my backyard. But the main thing is, he is quite aggressive to me and I don’t think he likes me so much and I would like tips on how to make him like me, considering he was scratching and being very aggressive. I also want to know if it’s suitable for his cage to be outside, i don’t have too much room in my house and I noticed it’s kind of hard for him to hop and run inside. And I am very curious about the spots that doesn’t have fur in it, does he have mites? I also what to know the difference whether a bunny is uncomfortable/stressed or just tired. He’s the first bunny I’ve gotten, the only pet actually. I might consider getting another bunny in December, but my current one doesn’t seem to like me or my family, and the environment hes living in right now. I just want some tips and advice, thank you! :)

Great video! I'm the same when I go.... It's getting a bit harder coz my bunnygirl is a bit older and needs more care atm....She still uses the litterboxes but she also thinks it's okay to pee on the playrugs when she feels like it..... I wish I could use the peepads for my bunnies that would help with her new peeing habits.... Thing is...they eat them!!!! How do you even stop them from eating the peepads? They are freeroam and have lots of stuff to chew on...still , if given the chance they chew paper, plastic etc......

Hey Morgan! I've found palm leaf bowls cause some discomfort/ potentially slower gut movement when I give to my bun. Have you noticed something similar? This is why I usually try to limit them, do you also give the palm leaf bowls in a specific amount to C to play with?

You do exactly what I I do for my bun😂 the only difference for me is that my son comes and stays a few days I just book vacations based around mine and his schedule (giving a lot of heads up 2)😂 + I write down steps and the times of the day that I do all bunny stuff (just in case he gets busy doing something he knows the times and can wait & wont get distracted before feeding😅😅) I just write it on my dry eraser board 2 in the kitchen even though I know he knows everything by now just like getting a sitter for him when he was little, except I worry with the bunny because I've never left my kids overnight like I do with my bunny😂 as you know bunnies are very easy and actually my bunny was my son's girlfriend's before I rescued it from her. The bunny was 3 months old and she had six of them😬she hoarded many animals😞🤷🏼‍♀️💔 I think she called them ALL " emotional support animals" but then neglected them all😞 so I intervened with many and kept 1 baby bunny going on three and he's amazing❤
