Idac Ubi have lorry-park building with ramp but still no cross over PIE to eunos ave8, before exit11. Fly-over meaning is lost on multi-level driveway building. Food is the other over-head pedestrain bridge.

Twin buildings with single lane ramps for 40 footer trailers... Pedestrian electric wheelchair overtaking bicycles... Side of buildings have spaces... Town council.sss budgets and contracts for proposal. 5 years to return. 3 years to design-construct allowed. Submit proposals for selection. Not auction not bidding.

Grass patch outside the malls are for proposers to propose.
