Hi, This is Ankit Narayan Singh, Cricket and fitness trainer. In this video, I have tried to suggest you best food before a cricket match and what to eat before a cricket match.
Deciding which food to eat gets difficult if you are not aware of the macros and micronutrient of various food.
Through this video, I have tried to give a perspective on food for cricketers.
It is said, that breakfast for cricketers should be healthy as well as bulky because the entire day becomes tiresome if he/she practices seriously.
and most importantly food before a cricket match plays a vital role in the game. Often, a cricket players food lacks in basic nutrient which is the most essential part of their health.
A cricketers food diet should be packed with rich nutritional food. When in a match, we have to invest a lot of energy into the field. for that a proper pre-match food is essential.
A healthy and balanced nutrition for cricket players is hard to find in this modern world where people are depending more on junk food.
That is why I recommend that every player should be their own master of what food they are taking in.
Even in Indian cricket team, food and nutrition is given a lot of importance because this is
one thing that can make or break players if ignored.
It is extremely important to note that the food suggestions that I have given is my own recommendation and can vary from player to player.

Very good information sirjee... One thing which i prefer just before match is boiled potato... it has a lot of carbs to keep u energetic without feeling heavy...

Hi Ankit! It was a nice and helpful video. Can you please elaborate drinks during match? Do you recommend any specific drink? I am asking this because I played a match yesterday and felt dehydrated badly. Couldn’t concentrate on wicket keeping due to dehydration I guess.

I always recommend having plain water or lemonade during the match. Glucose also helps but, try and avoid the flavoured glucose.

Sir Maine last match 35 overs ki match khela tha or vo match Maine 3 overs dale or Maine 3over me 3 height wale no ball dale or Mai leg spinner but usi din Mai match ke baad Mai nets me practice Karne gaya tha or Maine tab acchi bowling Kiya please reply me I had ask you this question many times in your live stream but apne answer ek bar nahi diya but mujhe Pata Hai Pako bahut sare comments ke answer Dene hote Hai but this time please reply me

Sir under 16 ki age group me kitni bowling speed honi chahiye.... Matlab kitne speed perfect hogi under 16 age groups me.... Ya fir aap ye bata do ki under 16 state player ki average speed kitni hoti hai.
