I agree with everything the doctor said. I had robotic surgery a year and a half ago. I still have internal orgasms, but the muscle contractions are different from before. After the surgery, I went to the bathroom on day 3, day 6, day 9, and then regularly after day 11. Learn to eat a lot less for those 10 days is my recommendation. No pain for me after 1 day, except for 15 seconds of the expected pain when they removed the catheter. It was an effort to pee with the prostate. Once the prostate and the catheter was removed, peeing is the way it used to be when I was younger. My PSA is now less than 0.03.

I agree. The pain after prostate removal is very little. It's their but not bad.

Thank you. great video. Had my prostate removed in the last week of October. As of Dec 19th. PSA was at a 0% so now I'm cancer free. Due for my next check up in March.

Male sexuality (in this video) has been completely overlooked in regard to total prostate removal. Even my GP had little concept that male orgasmic sensation is mostly prostate derived. The problem is not lack of erection post procedure, its the lack of orgasmic sensation.

You’re full of crap about the pain. I’m 8 days post surgery and have had quite considerable pain. Patients should be better informed about this so they don’t think they are abnormal
