What to Expect at a Breast Screening Appointment 

If you are a woman over 50, you will soon start to receive invitations to breast screening. This is called a mammography.
In the UK, breast cancer is less common in women from South Asian, black, Chinese, mixed, and other communities, than in white women. But women from these groups face later diagnosis, different levels of care and lower survival rates, and can be unsure about screening.
