Class of 86 at Queens's University. I have so many wonderful, wonderful memories of my years at Queens. I lived at Chown Hall (all women in my day) and it was a wonderful residence. A lot has changed and some things seem remain the same. Seems like the the party hard/work hard ethic still remains. Sometimes you have to keep your head down and focus on what you need to do to get the grades you want in spite of the fun going around you. Hana, I hope your years at Queen's were special and that your enjoying yourself post grad
should we worry about mayflies in the spring? I saw another video where a student said that it was a really big negative factor also does anyone cook their own food at rez?
honestly they suck! No one really talks about them here (I've been told I make them up) but they're completely harmless as far as I know. I didn't know they existed before coming and they confused me so much but they were gone by mid October so it's not that big of a deal!
Am also an art student but not done with college and I will like to attend Queens University when done with college. I love u so much and I will like to be your friend ❤️❤️
hey I’m asian and thinking to study there and I have a cousin she’s half canadian and in 8th grade, my aunt told me she was bullied before and now I’m scared to transfer there because of bullying. Please tell me about the bullying and stuffs
Haley Ong In my experience there have been healthy meal options. There’s salads and soups available and most meal options aren’t to greasy or fatty. :)
I found there was a good amount of healthy meal options. Of course there is always pizzas, burgers, and fries... but if you try you can easily find healthy options! Both dining halls have great salad bars as well as different vegan/vegetarian options. I have another video that shows what I eat in a week if you want to check it out!
Queens University offer scholarships for international students and if it is yes then plzzz make a video on it. M last year undergraduate(Law) student and thinking of doing LLM from there.. anticipatory thanks
If you go to Queen's, you definitely might notice that the majority of the student body is predominantly white, but that's usually as far as the experience of being a POC at Queen's will be. The student body there is really welcoming and they've got a close knit community. I know plenty of POCs at Queen's and they absolutely love it there!
@@beasthunter7740 You should try and do some research! I know Queen's University has an excellent engineering program, but UoA is definitely one of the best in Canada.
@@landseerenga7041 and you're disrespectful. she's trying to give insight on what queen's is like and you talk smack for something that doesn't even matter.
