I tend to be a bit more careful when bluffing multi-way. I think both these are fine, since they are more of a semi bluff than a pure bluff. I like the sizing suggested because it should fold out many marginal holdings, great recognition of the capped ranges that just cold called. With more potential dead money in the pot, we can gain additional EV running our bluffs. When we get heads up to a turn, we should often double barrel and consider slowing down when called in 2 or more spots. Thinking about how the turn interacts with opponents range and ours is important and in general we should also develop a plan for what we intend on doing across different turn textures. These are for sure good hand examples of considering and running a bluff XR! Great job Sky!

How do you decide between betting and x/raising in these limped multiway spots? Both hands would make a good bet as well for the same reasons you mentioned in my opinion.

Great question. Check-raising conveys much more strength than donk betting, especially in multiway pots. It's great seeing most of the players check after you do, signifying likely weakness. Plus, if the bettor makes a small bet, that signifies weakness as well and your xr is more likely to work. I sometimes donk in HU pots, but people generally don't respect donk bets. So with more players, I think your donk bet is more likely to get called, thereby making your donk bluffs less successful than a xr bluffs.
