If you are going to eat at Chick-fila-a, here is what I would order. Remember, none of this is Bobby Approved and I would HIGHLY recommend not eating there.
he said don't eat here as plain as day. its just that we are lazy or/and have a lazy wife/gf that doesn't cook daily. canola oil is nothing compared to the synthetic chems that they put in the fried chicken. example rasing canes. i just think of rasing canes and my mouth and lips start getting moist. msg is in everything at canes!!! that todd graves fool is poisoning us all!!!
LOVE the better-for-you guidance...obviously, fast food is never the ideal choice, but for those of us who travel a lot for work and play and sometimes find ourselves in "food desert," it's great to know what the best choices are. Would love to see a video on Chipotle!
I work at chick fil a and unfortunately at our location and a lot of others, the lettuce and fruit are pretty low quality and frequently go unwashed which is pretty gross. I only ever order the grilled nuggets and nothing else. sometimes a coffee to drink like you said. one trick ive found for sauce is that we have honey packets and mustard packets and you can make your own honey mustard with them thats free from all the additives of the honey mustard cfa sauce.
Chick-fil-A uses Tyson they will start having anabiotic’s in their chicken, antibiotics kill, good and bad bacteria in our bodies. also Tyson just laid of 52,000 American citizens and hired 52,000 illegal immigrants because they get a tax break.
Please do not listen to this man. You look like a lovely person and I would hate to see someone like yourself lied to. Bobby has multiple partnerships with companies that produce food with all the ingredients that he is fearmongering. He has been called out by multiple scientists, doctors and nutritionists and has been caught flat out lying.
Just a heads up, Chick-fil-A just announced that they’re eliminating their “antibiotic-free” promise and will soon return to selling chicken with antibiotics. As helpful as this video might be to some, it’s unfortunately poor timing for most health conscious people.
honestly, that means nothing. The quality ofd the chicken is already very poor. Its more about the bad oils, corn syrup, ect..and trying to avoid those.

That's what keeps people coming back the MSG flavor enhancing it causes you to crave the food! MSG can certainly be bad and a lot of people have reactions that they don't even know they're having reactions to the msg. There are a lot of people who are sensitive or allergic to MSG.
I really don't do fast, quick foods, however we all have to road travel at times.Dennys, but also crackle barrel. The one rd trip I have to do 3 times per yr. Has along the way Crackle barrel & dennys. Thanks....❤😊
He ordered exactly what I do when I go. I don’t like their coated chicken-it tastes sweet and weird. The grilled nuggets over a kale crunch salad is the perfect meal for me.

Our bodies are prone to failures in many aspects and it can be caused by countless factors such as environment, genetics, lifestyle. While it is heart breaking for a child to be terminally ill, it is the unfortunate reality of the world we live in.
i LOVE chick fil a, it’s the only fast food i eat, but since my older brother came out to me last year my conscience has kept me from going back ❤️😂 i owe it to him for accidentally making me healthier.
The only problems are not organic. Also, is the water used for the coffee and ice filtered? Plus too much soy. Otherwise it's ok if you had not too many options.
The grilled chicken should not be an option at all. The grilled chicken contains DIMETHYLPOLYSILOXANE which is an anti foaming agent. This same chemical is used in silicon caulking for aquariums, etc. No thanks!
Bobby, please explain why MSG is to be "avoided at all costs." Tomatoes, mushrooms, meat, fish, cheese, etc all have MSG. Are we supposed to avoid those too?
Just Google it. I was going to post the same thing. I used to love Chick-fil-A but won't be eating there anymore. They need to feel the pain of their poor choice of switching their chicken so they know we want them to switch back

Should investigate before promoting, chick fil a, it announced that there chicken is no longer organic and contains antibiotics. oh yeah Happy 🐣 Easter everybody!
I don't think he is promoting Chick-fil-A, as he mentioned sometimes these fast food places are unavoidable for example if you are on the road then here are at least the healthier options while you are at it if you have no other choice that is, because let's face it how many other restaurants are actually serving antibiotic free chicken, honestly?
I remember the Super Mario World cartoon in the early 90's with the episode being called King Scoopa Koopa which taught everybody not to eat trash fast food.
I’ve been to this chain once to see why so many people love it. I had no idea what to order so I asked for the most popular. Results- I’ve never been back. This is very helpful if I ever have to go again. Thank you!
the fruit cup has two fruits that are considered dirty dozen: strawberries and blueberries. You should buy them organic if possible. I would not pick the fruit cup as a choice based on that fact.

I take my daughter there just to play. I always get her the grilled nuggets and fruit and I have nothing. Good to know that there are other options and the zesty Buffalo was actually my favorite sauce there when I used eat there often so yay!
I love this idea. At work, I often find myself having to stop on the road for lunch or dinner. Knowing the best choices is very helpful. Keep it coming, please! 🙂
