Burgos is a city that I loved from the first day I set foot in it. I had been there before and I wanted to come back, I already knew what to see in Burgos but I always discover new things! The fact that my friend Anna worked there was the perfect excuse to go back. We spent two days there together, strolling in the evenings and having a wonderful dinner. The first day we went to one of the gluten-free restaurants in Burgos called "En Tiempos de Maricastaña". The next day, after visiting the city again, Anna took me to the restaurant "Delademanda Mercado". Impressive!

ATTENTION! Keep in mind that in this vlog I share my trips, anecdotes and experiences about traveling gluten-free and traveling with food allergies and intolerances around the world. It is possible that, on one of my trips, I go to a non-certified restaurant where there is a risk of being contaminated. Please note that these references may change over time. Please always make sure before eating in the restaurants that I share. Thank you so much!
