The city of Madrid always surprises! This time I was going to go to do a couple of interviews that in the end I could not do. But well, you have to adapt, so I took the opportunity to be more with my friend Jess and discover a Gluten Free Madrid that, in part, I did not know or wanted to repeat. We went to Solo de Croquetas and Pasta Balboa and I discovered another restaurant (that I could not try) very close to the Mercadillo de El Rastro: the restaurant Lalina.
With Jess we had a great time those two days together.

ATTENTION! Keep in mind that in this vlog I share my trips, anecdotes and experiences about traveling gluten-free and traveling with food allergies and intolerances around the world. It is possible that, on one of my trips, I go to a non-certified restaurant where there is a risk of being contaminated. Please note that these references may change over time. Please always make sure before eating in the restaurants that I share. Thank you so much!
