We visited the Church of the Madonna del'Ospedale, and stopped for cappuccinos at SiSinas Snack Bar at Piazza Fontana Moresca.
We took a peek into the garden at the Hotel Parsifal, stopped to admire the view from the Town Hall Gardens, Giardini Principessa di Piedmonte.
For lunch we had la pasta mista at Trattoria da Cumpa'Cosimo.
We stopped to chat at Babel Art Cafe and then visited the Gardens of the Villa Cimbrone

This made me so happy and sad at the same time. Happy because it is absolutely lovely. Gardens, scenery, views, restaurants, churches... picturesque and charmingly beautiful. Sad because I know I will never be able to return again. I am so grateful I was able to be there and sit in the main piazza with church bells ringing and children playing, kicking a ball and chasing each other up and down the church steps. I'm actually crying watching this. Especially the beauty of Villa Cimbrone. My last remembrance is walking through the tunnel to meet our driver to take us back to Naples.

Dear Nicki, I was really happy about the chance to chat with you in the evening when this was posted, but watching your videos with my second morning coffee is such a valuable ritual to me, that I have chosen to watch it the next day. I watch your videos in the morning because they relax me and often set the tone for my day. This day in Ravello seamed like a perfect day- the scenery, the weather and the energy you and Carlo emitted. And the music, was a perfect background for the beauty you shown us here. I don't know how you manage to post two times a week, but thank you for every relaxing Sunday morning and a little Italian getaway in the middle of the week.

Bellissimo come al solito. Siamo stati a Ravello un paio di volte ed e' spettacolare. Grazie per il video. Sono originario di Vercelli (terra dell'Arborio!) Venuto in USA da quindicenne , mi sono sposato con mia moglie italo-americana a Positano nel 2009. Se Dio vuole, fra 3-4 anni torneremo in Italia per sempre. I tuoi video ci fanno sempre compagnia e ci fanno tornare sulla bella costa amalfitana. Un saluto a Carlo che e' sempre gioviale ma allo stesso tempo serio e meticoloso. Da ammirare la sua sensibilita' per la sua terra e il pianeta in generale... Un abbraccio...

Thank you so much for your beautiful videos. We have been watching them during the pandemic and they truly have helped chase the blues away. I felt the exact same as Anne MG who commented below, this video brought tears to our eyes as we love Ravello. My wife and I miss Italy so much and can not wait to return. I long to get back to the Amalfi Coast but may be a while. We are in lockdown in Melbourne and can only travel 5km from home for 2 hrs for essential needs like food shopping and exercise. Thankfully we live on the coast and have a garden which has kept us sane in these difficult times. Thankyou Nicki for making these beautiful videos that transport us back to Italy.

When we were in lockdown we were only allowed 200 metres from our house IF we had a dog to walk, and one person once a week to the nearest food store for essentials only, so maybe you don't have it too bad!

Nicki Positano how long did that stage last for? We have been in stage 3 lockdown since 23 March and stage 4 since July 8 with our second wave. Hopefully we will be out of it soon. I feel it will be a long time until we can travel again.

How nice to find a treat from home! Last trip to Italy we had a delicious lunch in Ravello at a restaurant overlooking Minori. We did not have time to look about the city. Tight fit for that car on your walk! Remember some of these sights from your previous videos. The food! As always, mouthwatering!

Hello Nicki and Carlo, I was ready at the beginning of the year to travel to Italy and of course, it didn't happen (I'm in Ohio). I started watching your show about a month ago and I have realized that I have seen more of Italy through your show than if I had really gone! My Mother and I watch all the time and we love little Holly and the cats. We love to see the shops, food, and the little things you bring home from the grocery stores there. You do a wonderful job with your videos and the music you use is perfect. When this covid issue comes under control, I hope to get there.

The algorithm must have known I was missing Ravello today. Your tour took me to so many places I have never seen, but Cumpa’ Cosimo ❤❤❤❤ the best pasta and salad I have ever had!! Even the simple salad she brought out because she said we needed it was divine. I wish I had known enough Italian to ask her what she dressed it with. I’m sure it was something so simple. Such a beautiful and quaint little town ❤❤

I was in Santorini in 2015 with mom and aunt in a rental hundred plus steps down so watching your videos going up and down reminds me of my time there. Your blog with Carlo & Holly in Ravello is a perfect antidote to zona rossa regulations which will descend on everyone in Italy soon. The sea views and hillsides are spectacular as are the lovely winding streets through the town. Being English like you I can appreciate your delight when finding jacket potatoes, Dairy Milk chocolate and all those fabulous gardens. One day is definitely not enough time to relax there and experience its beauty. Could I ask a favour? Could you tell me the names of the cafes you mentioned and the restaurant you are it? I’ll check the hotels ( when will they open again?) and villas. I’m beginning to compile a list of places to visit in your area. Yes, it’s all thanks to you! Grazie mille.
