I wear a dry suit all year round on the West coast of Scotland. I have HH off shore waterproofs and Gill short wellingtons, as even during the summer it can blow AND rain a bit. I normally spend weeks out on the Firth of Clyde or paddle up around the islands...so staying warm and dry is imperative. A wet suit is great for surfing or going for a swim...stay safe and dry!
