I used to have such a hard time fitting everything into one planner because I would have notes for each client I went to and no space to write it all in. Your system was the first one I found where it made sense and wasn't writing the same thing across multiple areas. I think the only think I write on all of them is the dates on the monthly calendar, and maybe what client I'm at that day. Using a multi-planner system has helped me tremendously.

I would love a timed calendar with 15 or 30 minute increments for my work planner. I work by appointments.

I use happy planner with my own print outs and found printables for my physical planner. But now that they have found arthritis and spurs in my neck, I am also using a digital planner from penly to track the things. I can't go without a physical planner, so the digital is for when I am out to reduce what I carry. It can pull up on my phone and be just fine so long as I remember to sync it from my tablet. It also means far fewer pens and highlighters to carry as I use highlighters rather than colorful boxes etc. I use stickers in my journal and my digital planner though. Kind of fun, but done as I finish up so they don't distract me when trying to be productive (adhd so sometimes trying is the best I can do). Not about to back fill until I know I have the digital planner the way I can use it so I can fill it in once and be done with it. Or may not since each month is a pdf already. May just fill in the monthlies since that is all I leave on my discs with the weekly sets in file folders. I am hoping I can digitize my work notes so they can be locked down and kept long term. As a tax professional, confidentiality and long term info are important. When you know without seeing them they are the client with twin daughters that just started college last year, it strengthens the bond and gives a better ground for answering what they need before they come in. One isn't about to remember over 300 clients by name in great detail. Let alone the coworkers' clients that we interact with. Any notes help.

My wonder for most of your videos is where your children and their schooling/activities come into play? Do you plan/prep for their homework/extracurriculars/projects/sports in any way?

Alaina, I love how you use the dashboard planner for work! I plan to download and utilize myself for my new job. My question is what is the quality of paper that you use for the paper planners that are mailed to us? I have the TOM 90, that good paper quality and I am trying to match for the downloads into my planner. Thank you 😊
