What Tripping In A Crowded Place Feels Like 

I was tripping sack on an eighth of mushrooms one time and decided to watch Turbo. I thought I had forgotten how to understand English and later realized I was watching the film in French.

My friends and I went to denny’s on acid, stayed for 30 mins ordered five stacks of pancakes, didn’t eat anything and left

I tripped in the movie theater once and I remember I kept hearing this group of people a few seats down talking and at one point I said “yo y’all gotta shut up” and after I said that I started to question if they were ever talking loudly at all or if it just seemed loud because I was on acid. 😂

I went to a friend's family BBQ and we took some tabs.... they called us out for being "drunk"

took an incredibly strong dose of mushrooms in amsterdam. walked past an old woman on the street and she tripped and fell face first onto the road, throwing her shopping everywhere. even though i was 5 feet away from her i was convinced i’d accidentally pushed her and kept walking back and forth as i tried to decide wether to say sorry or i was just crazy and didn’t touch her at all. man, i sat on a bench and looked up into the sky and saw the eternity of the universe and the horror of life

I once took 120ug of acid before going go-kart racing, only one of my friends knew i was on it, the others didn't. They were military members and i just got out, i had a blast pretending i was completely sober and even more of a blast once the go-kart racing started, felt like i was in a space ship flying through the cosmos. Would def recommend if you're decently experienced!

I remember one time on acid my friend realising he could initiate a hallucination by screaming SKY at the sky, he learned this beside a golf course full of people. So did the golf course full of people 😂

When i was new to psychedelics the first time i went from 1g to 2g i was tripping alone in my nearly pitch black room in the middle of the night with my parents and brother in the house (but i had tripped alone twice before in the same setting so this wasn’t that crazy). So once they hit i was having all closed-eye visuals but with my eyes open so i couldn’t escape them and it was freaking me out so much and i was like crying because then i started thinking about how this was just the beginning and i had more of this to endure and i didn’t know what to do. So i hit up this guy that i had my first two trips with but we hadn’t talked for a while because of some drama in our friend group but i let him know that i was freaking out and didn’t know what to do and i just wanted him to tell me that I’ll be okay. First he was like “why the fuck are you tripping alone you’re so stupid” and i was like “yeah i know” then he told me to just turn on every light in my room, watch a lighthearted show or movie on Netflix, and just told me to breathe and calm down because it’ll be over before i know it if i just distract myself. So i did that and petted my cat for the next two hours as the effects increased then started to decrease so i ended up actually being fine despite my thoughts at the beginning of the trip. But the point of the story is that reaching out to someone just for them to tell you that you’re okay can make all the difference and should be utilized if needed :)

Why I’m scared to try psychedelics: that panic attack sounds EXACTLY like what happens to me when I smoke weed.

I took mushrooms before a symphony and the first hour and half was nerve wracking because the music was chaotic and intense... it felt like my body was being consumed by the music and I could barely breath. Until, the last 30 minutes of the performance they turned on a slideshow of of animals, nature, etc. to accompany the music and my mood went from panic to overwhelming bliss. It was super powerful and felt like that first hour and half of suffering was necessary for the end result.

My first trip was 360ug at a house party, the music turned into demons talking into me, everyone sounded like they were whispering “oh my god he’s on acid he’s on drugs” and holding conversations became very very difficult - in reality no one suspected a thing and when they found out i was on acid they were shocked and tried to “trip me out” by dancing about and shouting (which made them look a bit dumb because that isn’t really how acid works)

My third trip ever, I took three tabs and my friends decided we needed to go get snacks. So here I am, peaking my balls off, watching the soda bottles move, in a store full of people, wearing sunglasses at 9 PM. Fuuuun times

Awesome story. Had me cracking up. It reminds me of going to an outdoor art museum in Austin during the daytime and tripping on mushrooms and had a period of about 30 min where I could feel the weight of the sky and trees on my soul and it did not feel good. So much for tripping in "nature". LOL! I would love to hear more stories. I often try to make plans when tripping and it rarely works out the way I intend.

A couple days ago I did 4 tabs of acid with a friend on a nature walk. There were sooo many people around, they made me super paranoid and I ended up having a partial ego death. Still had a great trip, but those people man.

The dramatic music 😂👌 personally I’ve just about pushed past the “they’re onto me” mindset, really nice. I fell like the more spiritual you treat it and learn from the past, the easier it gets. Don’t forget to set your intentions before you trip and visualize all negative energy leaving yourself and your tab!! I find this helps me 😁

I once got paranoid that my ear to ear grin was going to be an immediate red flag and "security" would zero in on me (amongst a sea of 80,000 people at a huge music festival) and they would call the authorities and have me removed for tripping balls. Because I couldn't stop smiling

Hey, I know I’m a strange brew, but I have not yet met a social or public situation that I wasn’t able to enjoy on copious tabs. Including 10-15 hours at Cedar Point. And also shopping for groceries, dinner with parents mine and others, numerous times, camping with parents, high school, college, final exams, and virtually every and any normal life situation you could probably imagine. Sun glasses are you friend, and also, always trying to look like you’ve either got something important to be doing, or that you are perpetually in an esoteric mind set and know something that no one else does lol. Fear and Loathing taught me that. Anyway, love your content, don’t stop.

yea I have crohns and anxiety issues. Or maybe just one or the other----> kindof a chicken or the egg type deal. But when you talked about nausea and paranoia, it reminded me of how my stomach pain/discomfort/cramps often feels tied to the proverbial vial of anxiety in my brain and everytime my stomach has issues it spills the vial. They call it the brain gut axis in science, i think. Fascinating how different perceptions come to the same conclusion from different directions. Also, imagine feeling like that without dosing- my life.

The first time I tripped on acid I made a little mission to challenge my social anxiety, I ordered a boss battle pizza. I somehow had to make it past my stepdad to the front door and stand outside for 30 minutes waiting for the pizza man. In reality this mission took two hours...

This reminds me of when i ate morning glory seeds my ancestors are Aztecs so i figured why not do drugs the way my people did. Anyways i took about 300-350 seeds crush them up and drink-ed them with glass of lemonade. I smoke a J cause i was feeling normal trip didn't kick in after about an hour and a half. Then shit started hitting i knew it was happening i felt like omg im about to trip i need to hide from my family. And I told my sister my stomach hurts and im going to sleep which was true but i knew because of the seeds. Walked to my room and layed down then it was so quiet to quiet it was freaking me out then in my room i have those little stars you can stick up on the ceiling that glow from when i was a kid. I thought id see something crazy i didn't although i felt like i was hypersensitive i could feel like my body sinking into my bed it was like i was on my bed floating in the universe. I started thinking oh god im on drugs! Then i opened my window and left with a blanket wrapped around me. At this point i was like yeah... anyways on my way out I touched fly poison on my hands it was on my window sill and thinking to myself do not touch your face or put your hands around your mouth. If ingested by humans its not harmful only in big amounts. Anyways 30 seconds later im inducing vomit putting yes my finger in my mouth. I looked up after i threw up some seeds right when I finished it was like instant trip i looked up and trees were swaying but there was no wind. Then i remembered...oh shit I just ate fly poison and i started freaking out tried to throw up the poison? Even though i didn't eat any then i started thinking omg what if I die? So I went into even more panic went to the window and started banging on it so they'd open the doors my mom opened it and she said i was shaking a lot and talking really fast. Anyways i told them i needed to go to the hospital because i ate fly poison we did and the whole time i was sitting there motionless in one position just lost. Then on the way I remember seeing traffic and the headlights from cars looked crazy it was like i was driving down Vegas at night while the road was moving left to right like a mirage. We get there and the whole time still with a blanket on me just standing there and pacing i could not stay still. We get to the receptionist and i need to sign my name which i do and progressively each signature looks worse i even forgot how to spell my name. I get in the bed and they put an iv on me and give me some pills called raycon? I believe these are pills you take when people are stuck on a trip or believe they are stuck like after doing DXM. Im laying there asking the doctor all kinds of questions like am i going to be airlifted? Are you gonna pump my stomach? And i actually started to think I was high because the doctor injected drugs into my brain through my nose! And i kept asking him why he injected my brain with drugs. Then shit started getting crazy the nurses face started contorting and everyone was laughing at me her eyes were getting bigger and smaller like a bug lens filter. I kept asking everyone what was so funny i was convinced they were laughing at me. Then it hit me omg im in the hospital surrounded by people they keep asking me if i remember this and that...I MUST BE IN A COMA! I shit you not I experienced a whole other version of me from another parallel universe who was in a coma and my kids and grand kids were visiting me in my bed ( It was my current family) and i was an old man about to kick the bucket and they were here to say goodbye. I looked into the TV above my bed and my face was a skeleton I had sunken eyes and noticeable cheek bones like if i haven ate in months. Then those suction cups to monitor your heart rate were making me think I had blood coming out my chest or like my organs were failing i kept thinking im going to die. All the while literally not moving I was so into the trip i literally acted as if i was in a coma i would just move my eyes around but not my head and i wouldn't move my hands or feet. Then I started seeing the light...I was dying this is it this is what dying looks and feels like i could feel my soul dying out like a candle I was waiting to hear the machine go flat(Obviously didn't) Then after that I don't remember the trip came down when i came down and the effects were milder there were people passing by my room and i was just so happy and i was waving at them and saying hi and they just had this look of worry but i didn't acknowledge. then i started to yell that I had to p. Afterwards it was crazy like for two three days i felt like i was on a magic carpet of emotions i had a newfound appreciation for life. And yeah that's my story on morning glory. :3

Aren't psychedelics supposed to show you the basic truths about this Universe - that we are all interconnected, that the only way to truly thrive spiritually is to love and care for each other unconditionally, and that our ego is the biggest source of our fear, insecurity and anger? Tripping on psychedelics seems to momentarily erase one's ego (experiencing ego death) but once sobriety has returned, the ego could grow even more. This is spiritual enlightenment going backwards. An intense trip shows us the repressed shadow side of ourselves, it is our job to shine a light on it. Through psychedelics we are given a chance to grow. To be better. To understand the world as a bigger picture. To forgive. And to love. But the soul healing gets undone once the trip comes to an end and we spiral back to our negative habits. The message received from a trip is valuable. Take it to heart. It's purpose is to help. Don't just throw it away. haha funny paper make brain go brr

I tripped at a birthday party for this police officer I knew, he was cool and had seen me do other drugs before. I thought it was gonna be a group of friends but it ended up being his family including little kids as well as his cop friends. Uncomfortable is not sufficient for how it felt🤣

I always had problems going into grocery stores on LSD! Roger Waters concert was ok to be out on acid. Driving across the country stuck in a car on LSD was not as bad as you’d think. Woodstock 94 on LSD was.......I forget! 🤣

First time i took a spacecake was in tje centre of amsterdam on a winter day. Me and a friend wanted to use a bathroom of a restaurant, not knowing it was the van Gogh museum restaurant. Somehow wel ended up in the giftshop where there was no employee and wel ended up in the museum without buying a ticket. Stoned as fuck looking at van Gogh paintings.

my partner and i dropped acid in times square, NYC, and you could feel the energy of each human walking around. i could hear the buzzing of all convos going on around me all at once and out of my peripherals were just people zooming by like a beam of light. the anxiety of the come up was way exaggerated by the energies of everyone around me. as soon as we walked away from times square towards central park and the sounds died out there was a noticeable shift in the energy. central park was really peaceful at night and we sat and smoked a blunt and people watched the few stragglers coming through the park.

I’ve done this before and I can honestly say it was the best day ever. In Adelaide museum, south Australia. The best part of the trip was when I got to the minerals and stones hall. There was this one that when you stare into it it looks like the universe... let’s just say I fell into that universe instantly

I tripped watching Joker a few months ago, combining half a 300ug tab with several hits from a weed pen. I was with a group of friends but only two knew. I became a bit paranoid getting snacks but then as the movie started and, while I had no idea what was going on, I got really into it by watching the fantastic acting of Juaquin and the rest. While watching, I thought about times in my life when I felt isolated, ostracized, and generally misunderstood. I remember as i saw his face become contorted, time slowed down to what seemed like half an hour, all in just one scene. After that, i realized that I was sobbing and crying out loud from this lonely feeling that flooded my whole body. Most embarrassing thing, but my friends were good and my main buddy who was also tripping walked me out and took me home. Apparently, I wasn't very loud because only a few people heard but it still sucks to cry in front of a girl and your best friend. Anyway, it's all cringey but I got really into the Joker after that and went as him for halloween to school, finishing the movie that morning. That day really sucked actually because I realized how cringey it is to relate to the Joker, but I've always felt misunderstood and kind of outcasted at school so it really was relatable at the time, possibly just because I was tripping.

I went to Wal-Mart around my last 3 hours of my second LSD trip. Very interesting, but I guess since it was during the comedown I wasn't paranoid. It was fun watching faces melt tho 😂

I just took 200ug lsd in the busy streets of Hong Kong, and I had a feeling of transforming into a corg in a busy city and then everyone started looking at me and saying that who brought up that kid. And then funny thing is I tried to stop the trip by looking at the time but it got worse I felt like it went eternity and feel like I’m trapped in this boring world. And everything is just a loop. I didn’t even know if I was in a bad trip. The whole trip was just me finding my home, well home but the feeling of back to my mom and the nature it’s just so beautiful that I had no idea of where I am but my heart and mind told me to go back home
