French supermarkets have a lot of Moroccan / Arabic / African ingredients - like hummus, ras al hanout - France had a lot of colonies in Africa..... try some goan / kerala recipes for fish from the oceans. you can always adjust the tikha component with the mirch...

Fay if there's any recipe that you follow, do share it as that may be easier for me to go by a recommended recipe than me having to hunt amongst the many online! So curious to give it a try!

@@ShalineeinFrance Will FB message you my 3 favourites. Buy frozen - much easier. I prepare for apperitif but you can prepare as a main meal. Start small until you know you like them. Not much flavour so cooking method and sauce most important.

Hi Pragati, there are many quite good youtube channels on learning French. Try to find one that is managed by a French speaker. I will try making a few myself. Good luck!
