I can totally vouch for your tips. We were thankful to be successful on our first round but we also: 1. Had days off on procedure days; 2. We went out to dinner after our transfer (happened to fall on our 5th wedding anniversary); 3. No high intensity work outs, only low intensity. My acupuncturist explained it as taking the blood away from the uterus; 4. Acupuncture with a specialist fertility and IVF practitioner; 5. We did ICSI too! 6. Same clinic too - Genea! ✨ We are just a few weeks behind you. 15 weeks today 💕
Awwww congratulations!!! Wow it sounds like our successful IVF cycle was so similar and I can't believe you also went through Genea as well 🥰 What a beautiful 5th wedding anniversary gift your little miracle is!!! Wishing you a happy and healthy baby delivery ❤️🙏🙏🙏
Congratulations! I did my egg retrieval yesterday. Got only 3 eggs... Just got a call from the clinic. 2 fertilized overnight and they wanted to do embryo transfer tomorrow morning. Getting all your possible vibes! Hope everything goes well 🤞
For our 4th IVF cycle, after the collection I was upset because I also only had 3 despite my scans showing that I had about 6 follicles. However, our little miracle embryo was 1 of those 3!! Friends kept telling me "Don't worry Annie, it only takes that 1 embryo!" to try and cheer me up but I was still in denial 🥺 but here I am, in the 2nd trimester, realising that it does only take that 1 embryo and I'm praying your miracle is here 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hey I know of a spell caster that can help you manifest children into your womb in less than 2weeks,he helped me my sis and my aunt. He can help you with twins or triplet,he is so powerful,
So happy for you on your pregnancy and you’re glowing Gurl!!! I’m 45 and just got that phone call that egg collection is in 4 days! Ppl don’t realise the tears, sweat, stress, and pain we go through via IVF to get to that baby #1! BABY DUST to all you sisters out there trying and stay strong and try to enjoy the moment and process (my head aches with all the stresses like dayemmm my sister is on her baby number 15 and I’m still trying for a ☝🏼1 and that hurt’s 🤷🏻♀️ like what’s wrong with me”)!! Keep your head 🆙

Awww Annie. You have been through a lot. Thanks for posting your experience. I think its going to really help anyone going through the same or similar experience. You made me cry with you in your videos too. Im glad you kept trying and never gave up.
Thank you lovely ❤️❤️ I never thought I would ever need to go through IVF so when it was suddenly our only option I really turned to RU-vid as a source to help me understand what to expect. I only hope that I can offer that support to someone else going through something similar too and that our miracle baby can give another couple hope that if it can happen for us, it can happen for them!
I did twice IVF, and my doctor told me my ovaries stop releasing eggs, I have low and weak eggs. I don’t know if I believe this. I’m only 34. So my doctor said if I really want to get pregnant I will buy donor eggs or adopt! Who encounter like mine please message me. Thank you
We just lost our embryo on our first try. Truly heartbreaking. Don’t even know that it will work the next time. Nothing we could do to help. My wife and I are lost.
This is very helpful. I have similar case, i had 2 surgeries for my Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis, been trying to get pregnant for 7 years. Already did 5 cycle of IVF, my problem was never been able to have good quality embryo (maybe due to endo & sperm quality). I also did acupuncture before my last cycle, lets hope this time works! Thank you so much for sharing and congratulations for your pregnancy!!!
I have PCOS and I remember how l felt when the doctor toid me it would be hard for me to conceive I now have 4 children very successful pregnancies God blessed me with use of herbs!
Hi Annie I was in ur whole journey since in first cycle, even I was in tears by watching at u videos , I had ivf in feb with frozen embryos two were transferred I was pregnant 6 week I miscarry due to viral fever. Now this time I transfer just single embryo one I kept for next cycle if this fails , n I’m nerves 4 day today on 4 th August 2021 I have blood test . ( my question is how many embryos did u transfer) congratulations I’m happy for u 😀
Did you eliminate high intensity exercise completely? I’m a cycling instructor and if I have to quit my job, I’ll be so sad! I do have low AMH levels and borderline FSH, so I connected with your story. I recently quit my second job cause the stress there was just so bad!
I am only 20 years old and was recently diagnosed with severe endometriosis and my fertility specialist recommended I start IVF now I am scared to death and have no idea what to expect

When she mentioned the word "ICKSEE".....does anyone know the proper spelling. I know mine is wrong but it sounds like that. I don't know how to spell it to google it.
Infertility is not easy. I’m 31 and my AMH is very low plus male factor infertility. I did egg retrieval today and resulted only one good egg. I will have to do another two egg retrieval. They also did new procedures on me called PRP( it supposed to help older women to produce more health follicles) my main concern is how to stay health. I’m worried about the side effects of all these drugs.
I totally understand the concern of how your body is going to react to the hormones and drugs. It sounds really scary doesn't it 😕 so try and take care of yourself both mentally and physically. If you feel like your body just can't take it anymore then give yourself time off, you know your body best and if you need recovery time then take your time and recharge. I personally felt like the emotional part of IVF was more difficult for me to deal with than any physical pain ☹️ so having people to help me through those difficult days in my last IVF cycle really helped ❤️🙏 wishing you all the best of luck 🤞
If there is a time to love you the most this is the time. Now. Whole Foods / cook at home with quality ingredients . Drink coconut water from real coconuts. Enough water more than usual. Fresh Air Laugh And think about positive outcomes. Hope this helps..
I just binge watched your videos, and I had a complete breakdown like I have every other day off late. I've had 2 failed ivf cycles and 2 ectopic pregnancies treated with chemotherapy. Body & mind have become a wreck. 3rd IVF cycle resulted in 2 mature eggs and 1 has reached the blastocyst stage. My doc is still recommending the same old protocol for my 4th IVF cycle. So nervous 😢I'm 35.5
The first IVF I had they retrieved 7 follicles last August then I did again last November then they retrieved 5 only and abnormals. Doctor decided that my egg is old. And I can’t use it and can’t get pregnant
IVF is fucking expensive. I like women only so when I'm in a lesbian relationship and were trying to conceive IVF will be a last resort. As I want to try IUI first because it's less expensive.
Congratulation for both of you💕 I also doing my first cycles atm. Wish everything will run smooth. If possible would you please share skin care routine that safe for pregnant women? Thank you 😊 Take care ♥️
Wishing you all the best with your first cycle 🙏 it's an extremely emotional time and lots of ups and downs so please remember to take care of yourself, get plenty of rest and do things that make you happy ❤️❤️❤️ As for my skincare - I've always had really sensitive skin (dyshidrosis) so I really only use very plain/basic products. IVF and pregnancy made my skin even MORE sensitive so what I'm using now: - CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser - La Roche-Post Hyalu B5 Serum - CeraVe Moisturising Lotion - Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Fluid Facial Sunscreen And 2-3 times a week I use The Ordinary's Glycolic Acid 7% to exfoliate.
congratulations lovely. perseverance is the key and you know your body well! but unfortunately, some ivf specialist wouldnt be supportive enough for anyone above 44yo. straightaway recommended donor eggs is the only solution for me. i am still hoping that this cycle, we will be able to start our journey as well. best of wishes xxx
Thank you for your honesty and openness about your fertilty journey..So happy to hear of your success!! Your strength and determination paid off! All the best!
Congratulations beautiful mama! You have been through a lot, thank you for sharing your journey with us. May your life be filled with laughter for many many more years!
I'm not amazing, it's Dr Lok that's amazing!! ☺️ If you're looking for a Fertility Dr then I do recommend having initial consults with a few different doctors to see who you think will take care of you the best 😊 we ended up choosing Dr Lok and I'm sooooo glad we did 🙏🙏
Congratulations to you Annie ,I would like to ask is your first time with doctor Derek lok and you got successful?because now I got start my treatment with him too,but I did my last two time transfer embryos is not success with other clinics,I just see your video you got successful with doctor Derek lok .
Hi I am wanting to do fertility soon, but we are on lockdown. How did that affect you going forward? I'm trying to find any information if fertility treatment is essential or not.
Sorry to hear about your first cancelled cycle but I understand why your Dr would've decided to not proceed if there was only 1 follicle. It's better to wait for the next cycle for better results rather than putting your body through all of that for the 1 🙏 I started off on Gonal-f, then Ovidrel and then eventually I was switched to Pergoveris. A lot of women are also on Progesterone during IVF (I wasn't, but I started that later on in my 1st trimester to facilitate pregnancy) so you can speak to your Dr to see if any of those things might help ❤️ best of luck my love 🙏
The man that helped me can also help you out my love .he helped me wen all hope was lost after been TTC for 9 years with 4 misscarriage .I almost gave up but he gave me hope now am a mom of twins baby girls he is so powerful
We were told that if endometriosis is successfully removed via laparoscopy, that it can help increase fertility. In saying that though, we initially didn't start with the laparoscopy because about 75% of women with endo have become successfully pregnant either naturally or through IVF. So my Fertility Doctor was hoping IVF could overcome our issues too. In addition to this, there is also a chance that a laparoscopy could cause scars/adhesions that could negatively impact fertility as well 🥺 so we were too scared to take a risk right away and just willing to try just IVF first. In the end, after 3 unsuccessful rounds of IVF, the Dr said it was time to try the laparoscopy route and luckily all of my endo was removed and we finally fell pregnant on the 4th round 🙏 I'm hesitant to tell everyone to do a laparoscopy too because it really is a case by case basis. It's definitely something you can discuss with your Dr but I can't say that it is the best option because everyone has different stages of endo and growth in different areas. Sending love your way ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Not necessarily. It depends on your health and lifestyle before the IVF process, so it's best to check this with your fertility doctor. They will issue all the tests before you start and give you instructions on what's best suited for you. In my instance, my body weight wasn't enough for the amount of medication I required, so I had to gain weight throughout the process. But this varies from individual to individual 🙏🙏🙏
@@anniesbucketlist thank you so much for sharing,, I'm trying to find all kind of stories to success this journey, also trying to know what can cause failure 😔, let's hope for the best.. ❤️
@@kitchencreativity8777 sorry I'm not sure based on your cycle which day is the best to transfer, but I can say that our successful embryo was transferred when it reached a 5 day Blastocyst so it was based on when the embryo reached that stage 🙏❤️
i love your channel you are telling everything so nice and detailed, i have the same workout routine like you and we are going to try the first embryo transfer next month, it will be a kryotransfer. It would be awsome if you can make a video about your daily workout routine while ivf how much did you train and how? We are trying to get pregnant now for seven years, it was male factor and my husband has azospermia so we didn't had the chance to try icsi since now, i am so greatful that we finally got the chance i am hoping for everyone here, who is struggling with infertility, that they get pregnant as soon as possible it is a rush time but don't give up your hopes never ...🤍
Wishing you all the best of luck for your first embryo transfer next month!! Your transfer will be emotional because it's hard to predict what will happen, but try to do things to make you happy and keep yourself in good spirits ❤️❤️ In terms of my daily workout routine during IVF, honestly, I would just take my dogs for a walk (tried doing it every day but it was hard when the weather wasn't good) and twice a week I would follow some yoga videos online - you can actually find some IVF yoga videos on RU-vid 😊 but I stopped all of my intense training/workouts like the doctor recommended. Let me know how you go and please don't hesitate to ask questions or reach out 🙏 I'm here for you!!!
@@anniesbucketlist thank you so much for your answer i am emotional since we started the journey of IVF, i try to keep me back watching or reading something that has to do with pregnancy but the hope that i could be many pregnant in a short time keeps me pushing to watch videos and i am crying all the time because i can't believe that it could happen, that someday a baby will grow in me, the thought is insane. Then i stop myself and say that i have to be greatful that we are able to try ivf because, only a year before, it was a dream, to even think of it. İ will definitely take care of the tips and i hope i can give some good news ☺️. Thank you so much for caring, i appreciate that so much, only someone who has gone through this is able to understand 🤍
