really enjoyed filming and editing the last "what we eat in a day".. so decided to do it again! let me know which meal interests you and if you plan on making one :)
these are not my original recipes--was inspired by my mom's cali rolls for lunch and also inspired by a kimchi udon recipe on tiktok! linked below:
breakfast: trader joe's 4 chocolate croissants (frozen section)
lunch: california (hand)roll (dw, we're now a lil better at rolling them..)
ingredients-
salmon (or any other protein you'd like)
rice (sticky rice works best)
cucumber
avocado
imitation crab
pea sprouts
masago
wasabi + soy sauce
and of course, seaweed (make sure you get the roasted seaweed specifically for handrolls)
