Don't diminish the importance of this news story to spin your own political narrative! I contracted ecoli 0157, which turned into HUS (Hemolytic-urymic Syndrome). My kidneys shut down, and I ended up on dialysis. I was one of the lucky ones who recovered. It could have ended badly for me.
I wouldn't eat there anyway their food isn't as what it was when I was a kid, it's also expensive. It's best to make your own burgers at home they taste better anyway.

those are diced onions on the other burger products, not the slivered onions that the quarter pounder has. strangely, the steak that Mcdonalds serves for breakfast comes with slivered onions so I don't know why they arent discussing that. I ate the steak with slivered onions the day before the news broke out on this e. coli thing so i will be watching for any possible symptoms.
This makes no sense. How could it only be the quarter pounders onions that are making people sick ??? don’t they use the same onions in the other burgers? Those other burgers would’ve been infected. Does that make sense?
WOW! And that was my favorite burger...well, technically, the Double Quarter Pounder w/ cheese and no onion. Anyhow, I have not eaten fast food since 2018. Glad I stopped back then.
