Good to see you guys out enjoying biking. I started young but now am an old git but still riding. Don't make the mistake I did and leave it too long before doing your advanced training if you've not done so already, I had to unlearn loads of bad habits. It will make you faster and safer! 👍
Millenials would love to get into it but we aren't paid enough. My dad aged 20 was able to buy a house, 2 cars, a motorbike, had 2 children and still had expendable income. I'm 30 and have 400k worth of mortgage debt, a car on HP, no kids but still don't have anywhere near as much money as him despite working in the same industry and being several bands higher. Wages in the early 1990s were double to tripple what they are these days.
