Great looking box. Do you have to worry about the heat gun over heating?

Nope I have tested it plenty of times but I also do not put it on full blast either.

Hi, thanks for making the video. $5 a screen seems really expensive to coat and reclaim a single screen. I'd probably stop printing if it was costing me that. $20 bucks for a four colour job, wow that's a lot.! That's before ink and films. I too use Chromatec WR and with coating 1+1 , decoating, de hazing and degreasing it probably costs me £1 in emulsion and all the chemicals. I used Kiwo and Alkemi products so not cheap stuff. Maybe you're paying a lot more for you products that we do in the UK. Chromatic WR is £25 (mported from the US) for a quart here and a quart goes a long way. at least 30 screens, though I've never counted. I guess it depends on how thick you coat, I use the thin edge of a 16" coating trough and coat mainly 156 and 230 screens. What is making your costs so high?

hey awesome idea with the heat gun, just wondering how hot do you have your heat gun set at? would you just turn the heat down to the lowest setting and let it sit for 20 min?

Yes lowest setting but as well my dry box has a space underneath and the far back only has a 6" in gap to allow heat into the area that has the screens. But on low for about 20 min depending on the location if I was outside in the tent I would do high for about 20 min
