I don't think I play games in my head when I'm board. I just have a vivid imagination and i am a visual person. So I come up with my own made up stories in my head and they play out like a movie in my mind. I always put my favorite actor or celebraties in my own stories. I'll also hold conversations with myself in my head or out load when i think no one is around. I think of funny stuff in my head and catch myself laughing or giggling to myself.

I used to think my fingers as individual beings. Like they all have their personalities and they sometimes argue with each other. Thumb is the leader, ring is the pretty one and pinky is the baby. Yeah, I know, weird.

I think it's like a disorder, buzzfeed did a video on that. I do the same (with my fingers) exept my numbers and letters also have personalities and they have relationships with eachother. (I also do that with colours) and some of them are female, some are male. Example: 4 is a female, it's red, it's nice and everyone likes it, 7 is grey and it's male. It likes being on his own and loves itself. I KNOW I'M WEIRD OK

Oh my gosh I used to do that too! I still see them that way but don't think about it as much as I used to. My ring finger is the snobby male the middle finger is cool and neutral and doesn't have a gender, etc. I think of numbers as genders also with personalities

I narrate my life... like _Lyra got on the bus_ (I'm Lyra) _and sat down in the third seat from the driver. She watched as other students boarded one by one. She wondered why they all looked so excited today._ etc. etc. The word literally scroll across my mind, complete with punctuation, formatting, font... on occasion I'll get into this huge internal discussion about grammar. Sometimes it even comes with an illustration; once I caught myself revising the same sentence over and over again to make it _just right_ , the way I would when writing a paper for English. Yeah, my mind is a strange strange place.

I think this is a pretty common one but sometimes when I'm sitting in a suuuupper boring class at school, I'll make up what if scenarios in my head, I'll be like "what if i just went up to my teacher in front of everyone and punched her in the face" or "what if i just stood up right now and screamed as loud as i possibly could" and just weird stuff like that. Sometimes the things that i think of are so funny i catch myself laughing at them

I have to feel pain 'evenly' so to say. If I was to accidentally hit my arm on the wall for example, I'd have to hit my other arm on the wall so it's fair. It's the same for every other part of my body, pain has to be symmetrical for me for some reason.

I do something like this, but usually it's like an assassin or something. Instead of just plain running, I have him do agile flips onto signs, and spring off them soaring through the air. To maintain the speed of the car, he usually springs off of things, until theres nothing to spring off of. Then he'll jump the cars and run. idk im weird i guess

AbbyDoesStuff , Always when I'm riding my bike (I'm from the Netherlands, so that explains it lol, I ride my bike every day) I'm lip-syncing to the songs I listen to. And I'm always cycling on my own, so people are always staring at me because it looks like I'm talking to myself, but I'm just singing with no words. Okay sometimes when it's midnight and I'm cycling on my own and no ones there (obviously because everyone is asleep) then I'm singing REALLY loud lol. But at daytime, I'm always lip-syncing

Whenever I'm in a car and there's a pole on the side of the road, I will tap my finger on my leg or arm when the front of the car lines up with the pole - so tap when I see it, and tap again when it leaves my vision. I will also do it with the lines on the roads, signs, other cars, etc. I always catch myself doing it subconsciously.

I've always played around with numbers on signs or license plates or on a clock. I would try to add them together or combine them in some certain way. When I'm bored and/or alone I also pretend I'm in this whole other world where I could be anybody and do anything. It also happens when I read a book or watch a movie and I stick myself in there. (It's very handy while writting!) Reading through the comments are giving me a lot more to do when I'm bored!

Yes! I do the exact same thing with numbers and I've never found anyone who does the same. I just did it with the time a little bit ago, it was 5:26. 5 minus 2 is 3 and 3 times 2 is 6. Kind of like that?

Sometimes when i'm in the bus on my way home i imagine that i'm turning into an animal. For example i turn into a tiger, jump through the window really epicly and run away. I also sometimes imagine someone is bullying me or bullying others and then i beat them up and kill them in a horrible way.

I do somewhat the same thing as the first one. I pretend I'm an animal like a tiger or horse or something and I stare out the window and imagine myself running along side the bus and picture what I have to jump over or dodge

This is horrible but when I'm bored i think of worst case senarios and what I would do and where I would hide. Like mass shootings, gas leaks, and fires! It calms me down

I always make up stories in my head of what could happen if I made a different decision or if someone would die how I would feel and what would happen (kinda dark ) Also sometimes I have to tell people stuff that's really important or hard to tell. So I play in my head how I am going to say it and how it can go. And I just keep doing that and in the end I don't even tell the thing I wanted to. But I could look at a bird and just imagine how his life will go.

That's crazy - I thought I was weird for making up stories in my head...sometimes they're kinda morbid like you mentioned, where someone I care about dies, but sometimes they're just lighthearted fantasies about future choices I could make in my life. And I also think about what to say in advance, but the conversation usually never goes the way I plan it in my head >

..when i listen to heartbreaking songs, i just start crying and acting like i'm in a scene where someone is genuinely leaving me and i start saying emotional lines until i realize nothing is really happening..i'm basically talking and crying to nothing and no one, like imagining scenes in my head and actually doing them suddenly.

When I was little, I use to race raindrops that would land on the backseat car window and I'd bet on which one would win in my mind. I also do that cursive thing with my feet mainly and I count ceiling tiles when I'm bored. The weird things I do could fill a book tbh

I have a weird thing where I give my feet personalities and so if I use my right foot too much, my left foot will get jealous...so I constantly have to keep stamping my feet. Another weird thing I do which is kind of difficult to explain, but I move my hips side to side in the car trying to mentally "dodge" the streetlights and posts... Idk why it's weird

Whenever drops remained on the car windows after it rained and they would roll down with the wind as the car moved, I would pretend the raindrops were racing. I would bet on different drops in my mind too and root for them and everything; commentary included like they were race horses. And if one drop followed the trail on another one that left smaller beads of water behind, I would pretend the tiny beads it collected from the trail were like the coins in Super Mario games... Is that weird?
