I’ve never had problems with my zions. I’ve been playing basketball with these and honestly, they’re the best pairs of basketball shoes I’ve ever owned for playing basketball. They have a really nice feel, and I felt like I could fly with them. I highly recommend these for a big man.
@@sdwilso46 are u talking about about the Curry 8 or all of the Curry past signature shoe from 1 to 7 cuz if are referring to the curry 8 I’m surprised a lot of people including me has a positive review on the Curry 8 cushion but if that’s your opinion I respect it
that’s a bummer this is like my favorite shoe to hoop in rn. i have the same colorway and the traction hasnt given me any issues (i play on a relatively dusty court) and the fit was actually like top tier for me true to size. it sucks you didn’t get the best experience with what i think is a top performer but it’s good to hear your input love the vids keep it up‼️
Really appreciate the footage against competition and on data on different surfaces. My man Ja does an honest review without being afraid to point out flaws, rather than pander. Really worth the time to watch and comment on the product. Keep it up bro
From my experience it performs pretty good outdoors however indoors I haven't tried the zion 1. I had a problem with the fit it's a little snug than I'd like it to be and it's a little difficult taking it off.
I love my Z1's. No issues with sizing or fit. I play outdoors and had no issue with traction and the cushioning kept my knees and feet fresh and fatigue free.
I actually found the Zion 1 a good shoe to hoop in, I’m a wide footer and actually went up half a size. Spacing wasn’t a problem but the traction did slip a little bit. Apart from that I thought it’s actually a pretty good shoe which I’m still hooping in now.
as usual, honest and down to the aspects that really matters...Mon, you can break down how the world would end and still make it sound fun...more power to you..
First, gotta say that we all glad you back. But I think that either the self lob lay from out the pick & roll. Or that crazy layup through three people in the air. They're both forms of athletic poetry in motion
@@jackychan2642 Playoffs slow down in terms of kicks. Guys wear the same shoes throughout the post season to have consitency. There will be new epsiodes but a weekly top 10 would be redundant at this point.
About the Fit, I have a similar issue with the curry 8. Very narrow on the fingers and lot of space in the ankle, not a good fit. Good review! Here in Spain, the Zion 1 has offers for 70 usd
thanks for the traction info. ill wait till they hit the swap meet specials before I pick one up hopefully for a buck and change. cant believe they slide on court considering the price of them.
The length for me is great. The width for a foot like mine (m14) is too narrow. However, that's most shoes these days. Hoping they break in nicely for long but not slim foot.
I have a "normal" foot and I bought my usual measure. Fits like any other shoe, no problem with it. And also no problem (yet) with the traction. But the colorway is Noah, not the one from the clip.
I has the same exact issue with the traction. I was slipping all over the place. Crazy stuff cause I've never really had to deal with thay before. Horrible traction but I did like the fit and cushioning.
Mine, the air unit whatever broke in the heal of the left foot. Now there is a bubble there that feels like something in my shoe. Constantly. Basically half useless imo
This is known to happen with unlocked zoom. All Nike and Jordan shoes have a two-year warranty and they will give you a vouch for the FULL retail price, I've done this twice with no issue. Look up "Nike Claims Service".
You are dead wrong on the sizing on these! I took your advice and ordered a half a size smaller. I can barely get my foot in this shoe, now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that I can’t wear because I listen to you and took your advice. I really feel stupid for taking your advice!
@@JAHRONMON I got an 11 but I really only wear Nike’s. The last pair of adidas that I bought was the OG tmac 4’s. It is all good though we live and we learn. Thanks for replying back.
Might be is only signature. Lol. I got a pair of size 14s of this same colorway and honestly... these shoes are trash. When I was working in these shoes cuz all I wear on my job are retro Jordans primarily, the shoe feels like it puts pressure on your inner knee. As well as lack of ankle support. And working in the dialysis field for 12-13 hour shift, this is not beneficial for your feet and your knees. I honestly like Carmelo signature line with Jordan brand before they discontinued his shoes. And Dwyane Wade's shoes with Jordan Brown were nice as well before he left for Li-Ning were great. As well as Zion not being healthy and not taking care of his body, I see Zion Williamson as a bust. Looks like the star of that draft class honestly looks like it was my dude in Memphis, Ja Morant which is proven to be true right now.
You got the wrong size and color way how is that JB’s problem? Nike has a generous return policy you could have swapped out. This is a crap review do better
Def didn't get the wrong size as previous Jordan's, such as the similar Jordan 34, fit me perfect in 10.5. Why the sudden change in fit? Wrong colorway? Do you mean the LAUNCH colorway that Jordan Brand debuted the Zion 1 in?
