Her majesty is a very remarkable woman who has kept her promise she made as Princess Elizabeth many years a go, I remember as a child of five standing on the concrete wall with the railing's above outside Buckingham Palace on the day of the Coronation on the 2nd of June 1953 and shouting we want the Queen
So as a child of 5 you were lost to the propaganda and conditioning. However, surely now you must be able to question and challenge. I believe in your ability to look at history and realise that an unelected head of state who is only there because of the brutality of her ancestors is...just... wrong.
@@bazatkinson8369 the Queen is actually German. Her family had nothing to do with Britain’s history. However her relatives did start the first world war.
I am sorry that the monarchy is already a thing of the past in the Czech lands. I envy the countries that have maintained this form of government. I wish the Queen good health in the years to come. Rojan, South Bohemia
When she said that the Queen tiptoed around, putting the children to bed. While wearing THE crown. I pictured the Queen in her nightgown, fluffy bunny slippers, & a centuries old, priceless, jeweled encrusted crown, on top her head. Walking around the various floors, & rooms, in her palace. Trying to put the children to sleep😆.
I do remember seeing an interview with a former member of senior palace staff, who recalled seeing the Queen wearing the Imperial State Crown and pink fluffy slippers on the night before a state opening of parliament.
@@JustKayce1111 did you really think that a coffin (a royal one, at that) only consists of 8 panels and a few screws? That petit can't be heavy? That the commenter wasn't talking about her "hourglass" figure in her youth, she quite no longer had?
Thank you all , I pray that The Queen of the world will continue on , I for one, have always Respected the Queen and Prince William and Princess Catherine are along with there Beautiful Children go on forever .God Bless you all. P S. I am from the USA.
I think Prince Charles will be devastated when his Mum gets called home to Jesus Christ all of them will be and so will the whole uk. It’ll be so sad but we must give thanks to God Almighty for such a beautiful Queen in every way faithful to God and her anointing🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏💜🌹👑💕.
🤔 I remember cutting out a picture of Princess Diana in The Readers Digest as a little little child and made a paper doll of her image in her wedding dress to play with as we had no t.v. and had to use our imaginations w playtime lol since then I've enjoyed viewing the classic & modern styles of their wardrobes through the years .This was very interesting to watch thank you 😊
Lady Jane Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, is the only peeress in her own right of the six Maids of Honour at the 1953 coronation. In 1983 after her father died she became 28th Baroness Willoughby de Eresby. She also has a big American family tree. Her maternal grandmother was Eloise Lawrence Breese of New York City & her maternal Grandparents were Waldorf Astor, 2nd Viscount Astor from the millionaire American family & Nancy Witcher Langhorne from Danville, Virginia, USA.
I just want 2 thank u 2 the QUEEN 4 the beatifull 4 days she has given as yesterday the parade was out of this world every things so beatifull thank u so much Yr MAJESTIC we love u very much and u were looking beatifull on that gree dress .
The Coronation Ceremony is a religious service that has been conducted in the same way for hundreds of years; therefore while there may be a few little tweaks, I don't imagine it will be vastly different from how it was previously. The main difference is that it is unlikely there will need to be 8000 people physically seated in the abbey this time - as it goes without saying that interactive technology will play a major part. I'd imagine there will be a ballot among peers and peeresses so that only a reduced number attend too - and possibly, state robes will be restricted to working royals only.
Prince George is old enough to participate in his grandfather's upcoming coronation! I imagine that, like his father, Prince George will participate in Charles' coronation too!
YES, during the coronation of the next British king, there should be a GRAND ROYAL POSSESSION at Westminster Abbey. Of course, Charles should LEAD the way with his heir, Prince William right behind him and his heir, Prince George behind him! Ah YES, that would look AWESOME for the internationally televised event!
I’m from the United States and I love everything royal I think you guys are fabulous even with all your wonderful flaws you’re human it’s natural but I have one dream before the queen dies I would love to come and eat a weeks worth of dinners from your great chefs I know this will probably never happen and you guys will probably never see this but boy I bet you guys eat well.❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻 Plus I would love to try on some of those beautiful diamonds wow what a dream just to feel like a princess for a minute. I think the queen is so classy she’s definitely a saint in my eyes in the church I’m sure Jesus is very pleased with her she has done a great job. All families have problems that doesn’t phase me in a bit that’s why Jesus died on the cross for us anyways if you ever do read this for Queen Elizabeth I think you are absolutely fabulous and I love your dogs.
I am going to state my opinion based on the question. What would Prince Charles's coronation be like? I would rather like it to skip him and go to the younger generation. Prince William understands today's society and would bring a fresh, younger look to the politics that face our society in this day and age. I don't think that Charles is capable of handling it or understanding it as well as Prince William and it would be a setback to the nation if that happens. We all love the Queen and wish her many more years, and until the horrible day, she leaves us we can be still and enjoy the remaining years with her. But once she does an institution that has been with all the world for 70 years will be gone, even for her age she has always been a forerunner. She left her mark, and Prince William will make his mark, If Charles takes the throne he will not leave a mark that is lasting or strong enough to capture the nation or the world like the Queen did.
The Royal Highness is suppose to stay neutral in political matters. Charles has been publically vocal in the past actually downright meddling in political matters. Totally agree would make total sense to pass on to William.
No one would be able to replicate the Queen, she was unique, Charles knows that, he will have his own style and although his reign might be short, he’ll be a good king and make his mark on the monarchy.
*Say to the king and queen: Humble yourselves, and sit on the ground; for all the ornaments of your heads have fallen, the crown of your glory*. Jeremiah 13:18 *Jesus is coming*!
Charles? He has no moral compass, no regard for family, no integrity... and brought so much shame to the monarchy. This is what y'all standards are for a king? Hasn't evolved much in hundreds of years, has it? Lol
I decided to not share my wife or my self and I decided to not even let anyone to touch her and I decided to not make bad things in imagination me and her and I decided to protect my wife Doina from all bad things.
Charles, public will never accept you as king with Camila as queen. Each time we see Camila we remember what you both did to Diana. You don’t deserve to be a king. I pray for justice for Diana, public will never forget or forgive you..
Plenty of people have forgiven them. They have both worked hard and dedicated themselves to the monarchy, which is not decided by who deserves it, but by law of succession.
