You mentioned an Air Launch coaster and I instantly thought of Ring Racer and a mess that was. What I didn't realize is the Air Launch is alive and well in China! I had no idea they have 4 of them. They all look awesome and are full sized rides as opposed to the short Maxx Force. I think around 80mph is about right for them although I did think if they elevate the launch track and instead of going up into a top hat it went down into a tunnel or something they may be able to get insane ejector and maybe approach 90-100 that way? That would be totally metal! 🤣
Depends on the price, I think they could get themselves a RMC single rail for cheaper and it also depends on how well palindrome and circuit breaker are received.
I’d like to see COTAland add a B&M Wing coaster with rare and unique inversions, such as a Butterfly inversion (found only on Goudurix at Parc Asterix and Blue Hawk at Six Flags Over Georgia) and a Flying Snake Dive (found only on Stormrunner at Hersheypark). I would also love for them add an Intamin Hot Racer, and maybe even the first ever MACK Rides Giga coaster. An Intamin Hot Racer would be the first of its kind in North America, and not only would MACK Rides build their first Giga, they would also build the first Giga coaster in Texas. I imagine COTAland as America’s Energylandia. I say this because Energylandia started off as a kiddie-park when it opened in 2014, but eventually overtime it quickly turned into the massive thrill park we see today, with 17 coasters (soon to be 20 as 3 more are currently being built). I imagine COTAland will follow the same route and maybe even steal the crown from both Energylandia AND Six Flags Magic Mountain as the park with the most roller coasters.
@@coasterbreakdown shoot, if I had the money to build me a theme park id build 2 of them. I'd buy Geauga Lake & SF New Orleans from Six Flags corporate and make 2 of the best parks out there. The one in New Orleans would be themed as Crash, Spyro and COD while the other one would be themed as an RCT and Planet Coaster theme mixed together.
I would love to have a weekend job here..I enjoy working at the local amusement parks on weekends in the area..Schlitterbahn fiesta, and natural Bridge caverns..Every summer I try another park..This one is on my bucket list..
The Cotaland Tiltcoaster is testing at the Vekoma Facility in The Netherlands. Also there is a train reveal. RU-vid channel Sjaak van Horne has footage.
I highly doubt all of it will be filled, cota is a racetrack first and foremost, and that massive entrance area is packed during races with everything from food trucks, to bathrooms, to bleachers, to even just shops and arcade games. All of this will still need to exist this area during races, so all rides will need to accommodate this, leaving plenty of open space.
Circuit of The Americas has been mismanaged as a racetrack and a concert venue. I think the amusement park is a smart pivot because it’s location is actually much better suited for an amusement park than a concert venue and there needs to be something more than a few races a year out there to remain viable. The first two major coasters are great choices with phenomenal names and that gives me great hope for COTAland.
I'm excited, Austin is a growing city and I could definitely see Matthew McCaugnahey chill here with Ted Cruz breaking down rides lol. I'm loving this my brotha!!! With Great America closing, Texas and Florida will be the Top places to hit up coasters now I feel.
It's ok if you sleep on Ohio and the Midwest, we have some of the best coasters on Earth, but don't tell anybody else- let everyone go to Florida and Texas instead! 👍😂
@@ScottyMania313 well damn! Don't discredit Ohio, we got some awesome rides!! But yes typically we do get overlooked for Texas, Cali and Florida. Doesn't hurt my feelings any! 😂
Motogp, the worlds top tier of motorcycle racing, race here and vekoma (according to their website) have a new version of their motorbike coaster coming, idk what it would be able to do but imagine if it could have inversions and a unique layout to any other motorbike coaster, id love to see one of those here it would fit well
@C0astinG4mer yes I have gone recently, and good news; cota has received the track peices and they are sitting in the lot last I checked, I do don't know about it getting built this fall since RCDB says 2024, but let's hope for the best.
