Your video is too good and I was already following the same routine as u have mentioned that get rid off sugar from Ur life and u will save urself from lot many diseases especially when u r 45 plus in age. Lower down carbohydrates as well from Ur intake u will become smart and u will be able to through away blood pressure medicines from Ur life.

AoA Dr sb I am 70 yrs retired person. Thin & slim wt 64 kg. So far not diabetic. Am taking sugar/sweets regularly. If i quit sugar ultimately i will loose my wt. which i dislike. Pl advise if i decide to quit sugar, shall i loose my wt which I don’t want to

Thanks for this information. But please mention this as well. Some time diabetics patient( diabetic 2) the sugar level becomes very low means under 4 . I think its dangrious stage as well and if someone stop using sugar or sugar mixed items for 20 days . So what could be the precaution in this stage.
