Maybe a time-jump for S6? Let the dust settle, skip past the pandemic etc. I only feel it's a slight possibility just due to how climatic it all felt in the last episode
@@Hamilton-Devereaux The show is still in 2019 so I doubt they'll touch the Pandemic. So maybe it'll be referenced in the final season. It would be funny to see Johnny's reaction to social distancing.
Terry silver get out of prison of his lawyers Krease kim and Mike Barnes to joined them New Cobra Kai students season 6 and 7 Mike Barnes did give to Daniel couple times it was Daniel to burned his store
Would love to see Hawk volunteering at a Bird Sanctuary. Where he actually develops a connection to a Hawk. Brings a more humble aspect to the character.
I was terrified Carmen was going to be attacked by silver and get into an accident and lose the baby. I actually held my breath whenever she was in screen
Same here! Logically, Amanda should’ve called an Uber to keep Carmen out of the crossfire. Even so, Johnny and his sons can’t get relaxed, they need to keep Carmen protected at full stack!
Terry said he wasn’t afraid to die yet he held the sword defensively whilst waking backwards. He didn’t look nor sound scared but it felt like he was scared. Same as Chozen. He said he wasn’t afraid to kill yet when he had Terry in a position to be killed, he held back, which then lead to him nearly getting killed.
You can't forget, Kreese is a wanted man. He can't just run a dojo without the law finding out where he is. It'll be interesting how he plays in the next season
I kind of expect that Keres and Hector may hook up and operate out of the shadows. People seem to miss Hector got a introduction and knows that Miguel was a karate champ. I feel he will make the leap and come back. I expect Johnny to go toe to toe with him.
@@sionnachrealta5534 You have some valid points. Did you ever see the early 1990s movie THE FUGITIVE with Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones? If that story had occurred in the "real world" would the main character have to go back to prison to serve a sentence for the laws he broke even though he was exonerated of his original murder?
I'm calling a Kenny Vs Hawk rematch. Here's the theory, Kenny would go to Robby to say sorry by being an asshole and only thinking in Cobra Kai, and would ask him to have a rematch with Hawk to prove himself he can beat him without Terry paying off the referees. In consecuence Hawk will most likely woop his ass and teach him the lesson, not being cocky and being an honorable and humble fighter to reach higher limits, having Kenny's redemption arc completed.
I think season 6, will bring John Kreese back to power and form an alliance with Kim Dae-Eun, and salvage some of the Cobra Kai students left over and pledge their loyalty to Kreese and Kim. Chozen (Yoda 2.0) may hook up with Kumiko, Daniel might call in Julie Pierce to help to train the students more. So many possibilities in season 6. I fell like I'm watching Star Wars seeing Karate boys and girls as force sensitives, it's so cool.
It's like every season of Cobra Kai gets better and better. Terry Silver was the most dangerous villain I call the Martial Arts Anti-Christ, who uses his kindness, his charm and charisma to lure and corrupt kids. The path of destruction he laid by sowing the seeds of dissent of Miyagi-fang was epic. Relationships fell apart, and other dojos and friends sold their souls out to Cobra Kai by being wooed by Silver's budding franchise dojo with all the benefits and perks they yearn for luxurious life of a Martial Artist. He put the good guys nearly down and out, but Miyagi-fang found a way to win that battle. Daniel and Amanda reconciled, everyone's favourite couple Miguel and Sam reunited and Miguel finally professed his love for Sam. Robby reunited with Tory, and the Three Karate Musketeers stand strong in brotherhood, ain't that something?
in all honesty its kind of Kreese's fault that Terry went crazy again. Silver seemed to be living more of a boring life but a peaceful one before Kreese came back into his life.
But hey Silver still made his own choices whether or not Kreese came to him it’s irrelevant he had a choice and he chose to join him again. I’ll admit yeah if Kreese never went to him in the first place this never would have happened but Silver still made his own choice and chose evil. Notice how at first he told Kreese no that he didn’t wanna rejoin him but over time he decided to. He clearly really thought about it seriously and still chose on his own
I think the other female you might get to fight the Cobra Kai lady is Kumiko. Chozen called her at the end of the season, she grew up around the fighting, it's possible that at some point she learned how to fight.
I kinda doubt that as Kumiko while by no means a pushover, she is more of a pacifist than a fighter. I see Julie Pierce being able to fight toe to toe against sensei Kim since they're both strong fighters.
Season 5 was the climax of all the buildup from the previous seasons. I anticipate Season 6 to be the falling action/resolution (be that the creators from the get-go planned the sixth season to be the final one) and the only way that I see this playing out is through The Sekai Taikai World Tournament. I hope "The Super Bowl of Karate" takes place on foreign soil (South Korea, perhaps) which would take the cast out of The Valley and on the world stage. With Silver imprisoned, Kim Da-Eun would take the "big bad" spot, for she is still yearning to preserve her family legacy. Terry Silver may be behind bars but he will play the shadow villain, for he has his associates and bountiful resources available on the outside. I am pretty sure Silver will pay for the best under-18 karate champion of the world to fight for Cobra Kai (ala Mike Barnes in KK3). Kreese returns in his anti-hero role, takes his vengeance against Terry by taking all his assets (somehow) and makes sure his former friend will rot in jail. Kreese will then try to be discreet (I am pretty sure the authorities are after him) in making final amends with Johnny (especially Johnny), Daniel, Tori, Robby, etc. It would also be interesting to witness Kreese possibly burying the hatchet of a decades-long grudge on behalf of his master, Kim Sun-Yung, with Chozen (who would be on behalf of his father, Sato) therefore bringing harmony to both dojos. I also hope that Kreese will ease Kim's heart and help preserve her family's legacy by opening a new dojo under "The Way of The Fist" moniker in South Korea, where subsequently Kreese will reside permanently and find solace (and escape from his criminal act(s) in America). Hilary Swank's Julie Pierce will finally make an appearance as she makes a trip from Boston (possibly a week of celebrating and/or commemorating the life of Mr. Miyagi). There, Julie will finally meet onscreen with Daniel and the rest of the cast and crew and assists Miyagi-Fang (particularly Sam, Tori, and Devon) to find true balance and harmony for the tournament before leaving back to Boston. Daniel, Johnny, and Chozen will continue to watch the progress of Miguel, Robby, Hawk, Demetri, Anthony, and possibly Kenny, whilst Mike Barnes, having restored his furniture business and then some (thanks to a certain Rembrandt painting), will be a major benefactor for Miyagi-Fang's trip to The Sekai Taikai World Tournament. I anticipate a bottle episode where the OG Karate Kids (including Amanda, Ali, Jessica, and Carmen) and the Kids of "Cobra Kai" separately hang out and hash out lingering tensions and plot holes before heading out to Korea. When the group gets to Korea, Chozen would be taken by surprise when Kumiko appears (on the behest of Daniel's call (and Chozen's drunken call 😏). We will finally see Chozen and Kumiko together. At the tournament, Sam will finally get her win over Tori in the Semi-Finals and subsequently, Devon will get her victory over Sam and be crowned champion. Kenny and Anthony will finally go up against one another but with mutual respect; Anthony will win. Demetri beats Anthony but loses to Hawk. The paid champ of Cobra Kai beats Hawk in the Semi-Final round and Robby will beat Miguel in the other Semi-Final round. Robbie will defeat Cobra Kai's champion to finally get his signature victory. Carmen, who is accompanying the trip, would go into labor immediately after the tournament and gives birth to a baby girl they will call Danielle 😉. The series ends with all the characters attending Johnny and Carmen's wedding with Peter Cetera's "Glory of Love" (1986) wrapping up the series Sidenote: Do not care for Miguel's father to show up again. I do not see any point of having that in the plot
That is a good write up and some neat ideas. Personally I think the show will be more than 6 seasons. I think it will go 7 and we will see the return of alpha elite and Dugan along with Julie
I think Miguel's dad will show up again. I don't know why they would devote that whole subplot to Miguel and not bring it back. There was a moment when he was going through Miguel's phone and it shows a brief frame where it shows the photo of I think of Miguels mom so the dad will probably recognize the mom and come after them.
@@lagonwellsmusic to be honest i do think hector will come back because lets not forget that miguel left his backpack in his house. it will probably have miguels address on it which will lead to hector going over to california to confront miguel and his family
I have some ideas after just finishing the new season as of about twenty mins ago: 1. Mike Barnes will probably be back since Daniel did promise he would help him; whether that's as a Sensei for Miyagi-Fang or at the dealership is up to the writers. 2. As mentioned early on, Silver showing up in a hospital for no reason especially when he wasn't planning on messing with the other dojo's seems sus. Doesn't help that the fight with Chozin, the talk about legacy as well as his continued talks about children and the future makes me think that he was sick with something that would be killing him sooner rather than later. There's also the idea that maybe before Kreese coming back into his life that Silver was living a more healthy lifestyle (due to his fiance at the time). Because of that his illness wasn't a known issue(or heck he may not of known about it), but as he regressed into living a more alcohol filled and extravagant lifestyle that illness may have started to actually affect him in the present season. Regardless of the charges he faces we will see him in some capacity in s6. 3. Wow I honestly didn't expect to have Kreese be the true and final boss after this last season. Like you've said he's all about retalitation, but this is also a different Kreese than we've seen before. Regardless of him breaking out it seems like he definitely has had some character growth; but whether or not his anger towards both Johnny and Daniel tricking him will show what type of man John Kreese really truly is. 4. The stories of the students of the dojo's might be something that I can't really think of right now. The only few plot threads that they can focus on is Kenny and Robby hashing out their friendship, Sam and Tory coming to an even better understanding of each other and that's about it. Honestly the fact that a lot of the rivalries that was in the past five seasons finally get settled in this season has been great! Truly curious to see what happens next.
Johnny, Daniel and Chozen build up their students for the global tournament; Fugitive Kreese teams up with Kim Da-Eun and they travel to Korea to get ready for the tournament; Johnny, Carmen, Miguel, Robbie and the new baby are a family now.
Kreese will go into hiding and travel to South Korea. He contacts Kim Da-Eun and becomes sensei again in cobra Kai. Kreese will reveals that he’s alive again somewhere between episode 9 or 10 to daniel and Johnny. I don’t think this is the last time we see silver, Silver will return. Willy cole and Tom Cole visit silver in prison, they mention LaRusso auto to silver and how he failed to get more employees in his company. They all have a discussion on how to take down LaRusso Auto. Silver while in jail uses Tom Cole to make Daniel’s life a living hell by taking away employees from LaRusso Auto and possibly ruin Daniel’s reputation.
After watching season 5, I think season 6 introduces a group of new students to cobra kai and we will finally see Julie Pierce at the end. I think season 7 will be the final one with the Sekai tournament and Johnny and Carmen's wedding
My theory is that a new enemy will enter the scene - Cyborg Zombie Vampire Ninja Girlscouts from Outer Space. No one is a match for them. Even Chozen will be unable to go 1 on 1 with just one of them. They call on Doc Brown who will go back to the 1980s and bring back Miyagi and Sato to help train everyone. In the meantime, Kreese makes a pact with the Cyborg Zombie Vampire Ninja Girlscouts from Outer Space and offers them the one ring to become senseis to train his army of clones.
That'll be an awesome fight. Especially since Julie's fighting style is a fusion of Miyagi-Do Karate and the Chinese Martial Art Changsha also known as the Northen Chinese Long Fist Style a martial art known for it's swift, agile, graceful movements, and swift, agile, graceful offensive techniques which during her training with Mr. Miyagi and the monks she was able to fuse with the defensive techniques of Miyagi-Do. Plus it would be interesting to see how Kim deals with a style that is a fusion of Karate and a form of Chinese Martial Arts.
Especially if Julie continued her training after the events of the next karate kid as even back then at the end of the movie she was already highly skilled so you could imagine how good she would be now
I'm a little worried about Kreese breaking out of jail. It was a wonderful season, but I get worried that it could have been a jump the shark moment. How's he going to do anything other than just show up at peoples' houses and threaten them? He'll have the police after him constantly. He can't go to Cobra Kai or open a Dojo. My only thought is that he'll perhaps contact the female Cobra Kai Sensei and perhaps she'll be able to get him a good lawyer so that he teams up with her. I believe she was the young kid watching her and Kreese train in Korea. I think that's the only angle they could go that would seem reasonable, otherwise him being hunted by the cops for a full season seems like too much.
The sensei Kim ACTRESS is only 35 years old but she was a little girl back when Kreese and Silver were sparring meaning her character would be nearly 20 years older than the actress. I guess I could chalk that up to AGING VERY WELL due to maybe good genetics and a lifetime of martial arts training? In KK3 Silver was 40 years old (based on his description in the official movie novelization) so I just rationalized the 28 year old ACTOR portraying a 40 year old man as the character aging really well from the health benefits of the martial arts training?
If there's a sixth season. I love Cobra Kai! Always look forward to a new season. But honestly how much further can this storyline go? I'm just curious. I thought this past season was the best season out of all of them! Entertained from start to finish. Had everything us Karate Kid heads love!!! Nostalgia, fight scenes looked a lot better, redemption and humor. Had it all! Kreese's story... I mean honestly what more can he do? We going to start this Kreese vs Johnny/Daniel all over again? I wouldn't hate it if they stopped Cobra Kai, I feel it's kind of reached it's pinnacle.
The writers have always originally planned for 6 seasons, and have had a general outline of what they wanted to do with the series, but now perhaps want to do even more. I thought personally the seasons should've ended with 4 - 5 , but they still have done a great job of making me want more. Considering how well Season 5 has been, I have enough trust in the Big 3 to keep making it entertaining.
I agree it feels like it has reached it's pinnacle especially with the action and karate fights between all of the adult characters. But I still think there is more story to tell. It can still be good for another season or 2 at most. Especially if there is another Karate tournament that focuses more on the kids fighting and more of the humor coming from the adults. There are still some things to wrap up from a story perspective even if it isn't as straight up exciting as the final episode of this season. And they haven't used the song "You're the Best" yet.
The only reason I wish Season 6 wasn’t the last is I wanna see what a happy, life-together Johnny who’s dealt with all or most of his demons can do. If the person depicted was able to do some good, then what could that same person minus the most of dysfunction do. I know that’s not as interesting as a redemption arc, but it interests ME. I may be alone in that. I’m also open to that being a different show / movie.
Kim is going to take it to another level and kick some ass in season 6 . Her character is being fair at a fight to see who's the strongest fighter, an old school martial artist, and having no fear at anything which means giving it all of a fight even if it kills you. Her weakness is not understanding about mercy.
STRYFE THE WARRIOR: These are really great theory's. I hope that all of them come true except for the last because it's too heartbreaking. I liked your theory about how Julie could return & how Silver could be terminally ill and that's why he was in the hospital, both are entirely possible
I strongly believe, after watching season 5, that Kreese is the Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker of this series, where young Kreese before Vietnam resembles Anakin. Ever since season 3 Kreese was shown to have been a good man originally like Anakin was. And when his girlfriend Betsy dies, similar to Padme dying, Kreese felt his only purpose in life afterward was to preserve the legacy of Cobra Kai (just like Vader's submission to the Galactic Empire & Sidious' will). And in season 4, we see the conflict within him. Both when Johnny gets ambushed by Silver, and at the tournament. Given how clever the writers are, and their references to various movies including Star Wars, he will likely die in the last season in a way in which he sacrifices his life to save Johnny (someone who was like a son to him) the same way Anakin sacrificed himself for Luke, in a moment where he is stuck between choosing Cobra Kai or Johnny, just like how we was stuck choosing between Silver & Johnny in his ambush (he chose Johnny). Kreese's memory of Betsy is his light side, just like Padme is for Anakin. This would make sense and it would finally supplant in Johnny's mind that Kreese DID actually care about him & DID want him to become #1. In this respect, Johnny's memory of Kreese may not still be all rosy and daises, but his memory would be revised to gain respect for Kreese and never forget that one moment of sacrifice. It would contradict Johnny's claim in Season 5 that he will "erase every memory of him" - because this sacrifice is something that he won't forget. And for anyone who might respond with "but Kreese tried to kill Johnny in Season 3" - didn't Vader try to kill Luke? That night at the dojo where he tries to kill him, that was Kreese's dark side Vietnam PTSD taking over. By the end of Season 5, Kreese shows his dark side still has a stranglehold on him, but that there is still good buried deep in him inside. Kind of mirrors Star Wars EP5 ESB where Vader fails to destroy Luke because there is obviously still good in him. & if season 6 does end up being the last season and ends the way I think it does, it mirrors Vader's redemption in EP6. And if you really think about it, the events of the Karate Kid unfolded because of John Kreese. Not Terry Silver. He started the conflict, so I believe he will be the reason why it ends. This is my prediction: Daniel, Johnny, Chozen & possibly Barnes enter Sekai-Taikai against Kreese, Kim, & The Fist. Middle of Episode 10, Miyagi Do wins. Enraged, Kim & The Fist attempt to murder the sensei's, particularly Daniel & Johnny. Daniel is safe however Johnny's life is truly endangered. Another scenario arises where he may miss a chance at life with Carmen & the new baby. Kreese can't stand to watch him die, and sacrifices his life for him. At the same time, Terry Silver has just died of terminal cancer, which is probably why he was taking meds in Season 4, is probably why he made a hospital visit in Season 5 & told Johnny & Carmen (in a subtly threatening way) to savor every moment before its all gone, is probably why he told Kim youth is the one thing money can't buy, but then proceeds to say it doesn't matter because Cobra Kai's legacy will live on. In the end Kreese & Silver are dead, and that's the end of Cobra Kai. Will Kim die? who knows. I'd like to think she doesn't. Because just because Cobra Kai is gone, doesn't mean Kim Sun Yung's style is gone. Kim will simply retreat to South Korea, and then spin off shows can be made thereafter, possibly a longer term conflict between Chozen & Kim in a spin off series between South Korea and Okinawa.
To add to that, if they play up Silver’s psychopathy and background in military psy ops, he’d want Johnny to live, but suffer. This would mean goin after those he loves (Carmen & the baby, Miguel, Robby or some combination of these). This gets me to Kreese. I’d have a hard time accepting a redemption arc for him because he’s a narcissist and I don’t trust his motives. They could convince me by making him a literary Christ Figure. For him to give his life to save Johnny or his family would be even better.
@@MrCjchamp Bro, they let Tory off the hook after the school fight with a slap on the wrist and no one asked any questions when both she and Robby participated in the All Valley. With Stingray's new statement, Kreese would be exonerated. True, he did break out of prison but I don't think this is going issue in this universe. I don't there will problems accepting new management. Besides, now that the truth is out, the ex-Cobra Kais might rejoin Kreese, Tory definitely will.
Students would probably return to the Dojo if Kreese returned as he was always a better sense than silver. Kim would probably help him as she was more fond of him than Silver and also Kreese lived by her Grandfather's teachings.Terry just used money and power to deal with situations.
It was not the dojo and the art itself that was disgraced it was SILVER. Once the truth comes out that the "honorable" and "heroic" Sensei Kreese was framed for a crime he did not commit but later exonerated it will be easy to repair the reputation of the dojo, just a "bad apple".
@@Zurround I don't think it would be easy. Silver mentioned to Kreese "If you rehash the past, history will repeat itself." That happened when Silver was exposed and defeated. The students threw their jerseys at Silver thus ending Kobra Kai, pretty much like the t shirts that were thrown at Kreese in the end of Karate Kid III. The only help Kreese may have is Sensei Kim recruiting her students from South Korea to reestablish Kobra Kai in prep for the Seikai Tekai. That's my opinion.
@@ricdees3495 yeah and i’m guessing kyler and kenny would just suck it up and join miyagi-fang or if they aren’t teaming up together then most likely eagle fang while tory would probably join miyagi do.
@@vaginaspecialist Kenny maybe. I doubt Kyler would. Kyler has been a jerk since season 1, Tory definitely. She's totally disappointed with Kreese as well.
Either to prove once and for all that Kreese is an irredeemable monster, OR to give Johnny (or, my true bet, Tory) a chance to be the true catalyst to his proper redemption.
I think series 6 is the final series that then leads into the recently announced karate kid film Sony is doing at some point. Perhaps the sekai tekai will be that film or it’ll be a time jump of a new student being trained in these ways by someone like Daniel, Johnny or even chozen or one of our cobra Kai kids.
The Seikei Tekai must be almost Olympic-level Karate, therefore, it needs to be 18 and over as opposed to the All-Valley being 18 and under. So those who are still under 18 by the time of the Seikai Tekai are unable to participate. The Senseis should participate in the matches as well. It's inevitable. Also, the rules should be almost like the tournament in Best of the Best. We also need a 3rd party made of random fighters that are opposed to the concept of a dojo war, representing individuals who don't need a need to represent a dojo to be the best.
I didn't think about jt until the magic of the finale started to wear off, but its SO interesting that they have Kreese breaking out as Silver gets busted and exposed. This could've led to Stingray's confession changing and revealing that Kreese was innocent of the charges, maybe even leading to him being released due to false imprisonment? So I'm fascinated by the dynamic they've set up here and how Kreese will continue as a wanted fugitive.
I think that Tory will give the all valley trophy to Sam and will likely Win the female bracket in the tournament in season 6 thus completing the theme she has of being torn on cheating and having her win would be good closure there
would personally like to see kim and kreese team up to re-vamp cobrai kai and they recruit students from all across the globe who are way more advanced then the kids from the valley. and tory would be torn between her new and old friendships w/ the other kids and re-joining kreese who at this point, is the only father figure she ever really has had. & in order to give the all valley crew a fighting shot chozen brings out some more old miyagi do to help them out. on one side you have kreese, kim and the other senseis brought in by silver vs johnny, daniel, chozen, mike barnes and the returning julie
The future of cobra kai would be with Kreese and Kim Dai Eun (don't know if I spealt that right). the cobra kai students haven't lost their faith in Kreese since it is now known that Silver beat up Stingray
This lines up closely with what I believe will happen in Season 6. I expect that most of the Cobra Kai students who quit over Silver would be willing to return if the dojo was run by Kreese and Kim. Exceptions to this would be Kenny, who has clearly seen the light, as well as Tory and Devon Lee, as their issues were more with Kim than with Silver, so I would be very surprised if either of them returns, though Kreese's presence might cause Tory a bit of inner turmoil, as she was loyal to him. I think Silver will either bow out entirely (especially if his lawyers can't keep him out of prison), or will keep his distance and try to rebuild and regroup. Either way, I don't expect to see much of him in Season 6. I think both dojos will stay committed to competing in the tournament, but that Kim will have to both persuade the committee that the corruption and cheating was entirely Silver's doing and that he is no longer a part of Cobra Kai, and find a new female star to compete, as both Tory and Devon Lee are done with Kim and her merciless training style. I do think that Julie will get involved as the Miyagi Fang counter to Kim, and there should be an epic showdown between them at some point. I also wouldn't be surprised if Kreese contacted Colonel Duggan and brought him into the mix, as "The Next Karate Kid" is the only film in the Miyagi-verse that hasn't been heavily referenced in the series so far.
I don't think Silver will do a day in jail. You're right. His public image is tarnished pending a miracle or people forgetting. The question is what happens to all those Cobra Kai students who were going to participate in the Global Tournament? I don't see Kyler or any of the others joining Miyagi Fang. Kenny's probs with Anthony haven't been entirely squashed. There's a strong possibility that some may be persuaded to come back. Also, I see Sensei Kim entering her own students from Korea in the tournament. If Kreese joins her, he may recruit new blood from outside the Valley but they need to remove that video.
As for the Sekai Taikai, here are my choices for characters who can win. For the boys I think Robby will win. He hasn’t won a single tournament yet. As for the girls I think Sam will win. And if they both make it to the finals I think there will be a moment where both Johnny and Daniel give their students their respective headbands. Johnny giving Robby his black headband and Daniel giving Sam the white lotus headband.
I loved it when Daniel gave Miguel his headband when they were training together at Miyagi do it's like a parallel of the time when mr. Miyagi gave Daniel that very same headband
If miyagi do and eagle fang ever hope to beat cobra kai and the sekai takai, they will need to hone their skills and fully master their styles. And the best way to do that is in season 6 eagle fang go on a trip to south korea to learn tang soo do and miyagi do students to okinawa to master the style defence and offence. They return to the Valley and share everything they have learned together. That way Miyagi Fanng will be an unstoppable force against Cobra Kai. Hopefully Daniel can organise the trips and the students will be under the senseis ' protection. Then in season 7 they compete in the sekai takai tournament.
I don’t see how CK can enter the tournament knowing they cheated twice, half their students left and CK was like baby bounced from one daddy to another. First Johnny then John and then Silver so who is it going to? Kim? She barely raised it!
Big theory right now is Silver has a terminal illness which has been subtly hinted at. He will be turned on by his old sensei's daughter and realise what he was taught was wrong all along. Kreese and Silver will help Daniel , Johnny and Chozen win the tournament as they realise that all their issues in life came from what they were taught. In other words the real bad guy after all was the Style of karate they learnt.
If season 6 evidently ends with Miyagi-Fang winning the Seikai Taikai tournament, I think it's only fair that the ending should involve Daniel officially retiring from karate. However he gives his blessing to Johnny to continue training the students in Miyagi-Fang. It only makes sense that Johnny continues teaching karate as this could come full circle as his official redemption, having finally gained balance in his life both with himself and his family life with both Carmen, Miguel, Robby and the newborn. Another thing: I do feel that the 1st episode should involved the board of trustees, who start to express some regret about lifting the ban for Cobra Kai to compete in the All Valley, after having seen the video of Silver and Tory and having realised Daniel was right about Cobra Kai all along. But if the ban gets brought on again for Cobra Kai not to compete in the All Valley, it shouldn’t prevent them from competing in the Seikai Taikai, under Kim and Kreese’s tutelage. But it also depends who will return to the dojo.
I was thinking about this once I finished season 6. Originally I thought maybe this should be the end of the show and that way we could draw our own conclusions. Then I thought one more season just to wrap up some stories then a time jump to show how everyone ended up and then a movie showing what happened at the final tournament. I don't know what direction they will take it but, unless they really do believe in a potential spinoff they should probably end things now that some of the main cast have been showing interest outside of cobra kai.
If silver doesn't have anything to live for anymore and he can seemingly show up anywhere and learn all kinds of secrets, what's to stop him from teaming up with Hector, abducting the family and making demands from Johnny to withdraw from the tournament? If this happens, they could extend the show a lot more and there would be real stakes. I can't see much of a threat to Daniel considering how all the villains have been defeated in some way tbh...
I'm surprised no ones talked about this, but I kinda want to see more of Miguel's Dad. Given how dangerous he was built up to be, I think he may discover the truth that Miguel is his son, and either kidnap him, or maybe try and kill Carmen. It would be pretty stupid if they never do anything with him again after he just lets Miguel go.
Yeah I actually want them to bring him back it wouldn't be fair for Miguel to go all the way to Mexico just to be disappointed when he found out that his father is a criminal and Hector just lets Miguel go as in leave Mexico I don't think if he knew that Miguel was his son he would ever let him leave so yeah maybe he will kidnap Miguel or try to do something to Carmen for not telling him about his son
I expect Hector to make a showing, as he is aware that Miguel is a former Karate champion and I expect him to track down his son and put it all together. Hector May work with Kreese as they both need to work from the shadows and may not be at all interested in anything but destroying Daniel and Johnny. He may wish to take Johnnie’s son from Carmen as vengeance for her taking Miguel from him.
Kreese likely won't get a heavy sentence for breaking out of jail considering he was there on false charges and is a war veteran and they could say it was from PTSD. I think the show will end with a final karate tournament but there needs to be some closure between Kreese and Johnny Lawrence. I think Kreese will give the Cobra Kai dojo back to Johnny and he will remain as the Cobra Kai instructor somehow considering he has evolved into a good teacher and the show is called "Cobra Kai". He will need a way of supporting his new family. I think Silver will find a way out of prison time somehow and be involved in the tournament in some way, shape, or form. Also the baby will arrive at some point and Johnny will marry Carmen. I am not sure if all of this will happen in one more season or two. Maybe they can do a two part season 6 to drag it out a bit if the story needs more time to resolve. I believe the last episode will be Johnny and Carmen's wedding which could be a great setup for comedy and also a reason to bring back a lot of people like the original Cobra Kai friends of Johnny's, Ali Mills, etc. Basically everybody from the Karate Kid universe.
For my Theory Kresse will find one more student that is a bit different from all the students he had trained and fought, this will a character that will bring back the good side of Kreese, due to this student just want to learn martial art for fun, with no goals yet. The person will be tough by Kresse, a good call back to the fist season where Johnny tough Migual.
So when Johnny joined Cobra Kai, Kreese should have been older than he looks when he is younger in the series. He should look more like he did in the movies. We don't see what Kreese looks like when Johnny joins but he sure sounds older than his younger self so when he's talking to Silver about having a promising student who has his name, it just seems out of place for him to be talking about Johnny at this time. I think they just didn't think about using the younger Kreese's voice when they filmed the flashback when Johnny joins Cobra Kai.
COBRA KAI SEASON 6 SHOULD GUEST STAR THE WASABI 6. Leo Howard. Olivia Holt. Jason Earles. Mateo Arias. Alex Christian Jones. Dylan Riley Snyder. Individually on separate episodes although not as their Disney counterparts but in roles integral to the storyline.
Two Problems Face Cobra Kai Seaon 6 : 1. DANIEL FOUGHT AND WON AGAINST HIS GREATEST ENEMY TERRY SILVER. Any future villains whom he will fight against in season 6 will feel disappointingly secondary or pitifully anticlimactic when compared to the magnificence of Thomas Ian Griffith as Silver. John Kreese and Hector Salazar are the past and future nemesis of Johnny Lawrence. Daniel LaRusso might as well be fighting against Hugo Snyder of 3 Ninjas or Kelly Stone from Sidekicks. Unless LEO HOWARD emerges as the unknown son of Terry Silver, there may be no satisfactory solution to this.
2. COBRA KAI IS A FALLEN EMPIRE AND A DOJO THAT HAS LOST THE GREAT MAJORITY OF ITS KARATE STUDENTS. The task of rebuilding and maintaining Cobra Kai by Kim Da Eun and John Kreese, once the dojo's internal power struggle has been resolved, will necessitate the immediate recruitment of brand new students and fighters. This new likely membership will unfortunately consist of one dimensional, stereotypical and interchangeable action genre thugs or henchmen like The Fist. Kim and Kreese might as well create their own army of KILLER KARATE ROBOTS to fill up the ranks of their empty dojo. Or the series may simply hire the entire cast of KICKIN' IT as the new fighters of COBRA KAI. At the very least, they may gain fan empathy and make it a level playing field once again.
They've GOT to use use Barnes more. They hardly used him in S5 ! There was that one scene where we think Mike is going to absolutely lay waste to the gang of Senseis in the climax, but instead he gets KO'd from behind almost immediately ! What bozos wrote THAT !?
I’m pretty sure the parallel of Johnny losing his family has already happened off screen. Losing his baby mama/long time girlfriend and his relationship with his son is what pushed him to be a better person and move past his mistakes. The only difference being is Johnny has a chance to repair those relationships.
I don't think this series is done yet it still has a few more tricks up its sleeve. Terry can probably weasel his way out of conviction some how and Kreese cam team up with Kim sun ills grand daughter also anew villain can be introduced such as the villain from the next Karate kid who Michael Ironside played. There's more to come guys Trust me I have faith....after all Cobra Kai...NEVER DIES!!!!
I'm just gonna make my theories clear and concise as possible, so hopefully they are understandable and can be taken into account. - I feel like if we're gonna speculate Julie Pierce to finally appear, I would also want to point out the people she had dealt with in her teenage years who might reappear. Colonel Dugan might reappear as an associate with Terry Silver, and probably Silver is gonna need his help to make a secret dojo, or to bring back the Alpha Elite, probably to compete as well in Sekkai Taikai. If that's not the case, Col. Dugan might help him in some other way. I do notice similarities between the two, so I can at least try to share this just wanna see how you guys think about this. - I think Ned, along with Pierce, is gonna help Daniel to beat Terry Silver and Col. Dugan once again if these aggresive villains are actually gonna rise again for good. No, Eric might not be much of a help, but being already married to Julie Pierce might give him a nice background for him as a cameo. - We're yet to see more of Kenny. It seems like everyone is finally getting their way around (I might be wrong), except for Kenny. I think Kenny's ongoing rivalry with Anthony is gonna be another highlight of the season, and there might still be a chance for him to get his redemption arc. It's gonna go hard. - I think because there's gonna be another tournament, there's finally a chance for Robby and Tory to shine. Robby probably has the most losses throughout the seasons, and Tory feels she didn't win fair and square. I think it would be fair enough if they're gonna eventually take their places in the finals, and hopefully take the rightful victories they deserve. There's some of my big thoughts I have to share. Hey, I can be wrong about some of these, and I am willing to reply if people want to comment on them. Can't wait to see your analysis videos on how the Cobra Kai characters now. If you don't mind, here are some ideas that I mostly anticipate to come: Kenny's conflict, Barnes' awesome cameo, Tory and Robby's redemptions, Miguel's journey to maturity, Chozen as an awesome sensei, Silver and Kreese's plans for revenge, and Daniel's path to be a better sensei. I know it might be a lot for me to share, but hey, you do what you are most interested with and hopefully you're gonna do alright. Have a great day and stay awesome! (2/2)
What about Dugan from The Next Karate Kid? Season 6 could bring in Michael Ironside. He's a good actor and I'm sure Season 6 could play it where Kreese calls him for help. There was a young actor in Season 3 in Kreese's flashback that looked like Dugan.
Sadly he is too old and unfit now, if he were to come back I'd only see him as a bad influence on ppl, or even funnier, he became a good man living a simple life lol
Man, if there's one thing i wouldnt mind them not making a callback to is the death of Miyagi's wife & unborn child. And i dont believe they will since those are actions that happened prior to the events of the movies. So far everything has been contained to what's transpired throughout the movies. They may give us an episode cliffhanger where Carmen doesnt feel well and the baby is in danger, but by the next episode she will be fine and most likely they'll have a daughter. Sensei Kim Da-Eun and Kreese will definitely reunite in Japan. He'll likely stow away on her plane trip back to Japan and that's when they plot their final strategy for the tournament. For all we know the final deal she made with Silver is for ownership stake in CK, and with him out of the picture she assumes control of CK but hands it over to Kreese as an F-U to Silver.
I'm very much hoping that Mike Barnes has far more screen time then he had in season five as I'd love to see how he develops! IMO I believe that Mike and Johnny will become genuine friends although they will butt head along the way and the thing I'd love to see is karates bad boy get into one proper fight unlike Season five to see how good he really is 😀
Supremmo - Ron Thomas is the actor who plays Bobby in the original movie and came back for a couple of episodes as Johnny's friend from way back that became a pastor.
I am guessing that someone will have to be killed as a last resort. Who it will be is anybody's guess. Maybe Kreese? But this all goes back to Season 3 when Daniel and Chozen were sparring. The voiceover had Chozen saying "Sometimes you have no choice but to kill." So I suspect that may come into play. Also what about that scroll Chozen gave Daniel that Anthony sees? Daniel says to Anthony something along the lines about hoping to never have to use that move. Is it one of those techniques referred to when Chozen mentioned about Miyagi-Do ancestors developing techniques to kill their enemy? I could see Daniel having to use it as a move of last resort if his family were in imminent danger.
I have no doubt that Carmen is definitely gonna have problems with the baby but I’m just hoping they don’t kill it so I’m hoping it’s just gonna be minor problems that are meant to scare us and bring drama to the new season. It’s not fair if it dies because Johnny has really turned his life around finally making things right with his own son and Miguel. He deserves the best thats soon to come to him.
Kreese is villain of the series. Terry Silver only came back onto the seen after Kreese asked for help, but then kinda lost his mind. Lets see what his last move is.
Kreese will take back Cobra Kai and everyone goes to the international tournament after Kreese is cleared of the stingray assault. Maybe Hilary Swank reprises her "Next Karate kid" role Julie-san. Maybe find some goofy reason to bring back Michael Ironside's character. Kenny's brother gets out of juvy.
I like that kreese is out and he can work with kim but the students is the only problem there’s not gonna be good students in cobra Kai unless maybe Shawn comes out of juvie and he and Kenny are the strongest in cobra kai
@@nwo2cool Agreed and it was confirmed by the creators that Julie did meet and befriend Daniel at Mr. Miyagi's funeral so it's very possible that she comes back as one the Miyagi-Fang sensei
I wish Daniel and Johnny’s students lost to Krease and Kim’s students fair and square in season 6 before they built back up for season 7 for a win. That would show true development.
With this being a global tournament it would probably be impossible to rule out a crossover between cobra Kai and the karate kid reboot or if not a couple references here and there (yes I am aware the writers of cobra Kai want nothing to do with the remake)
Predictions for season 6: Kreese Vs silver in the final fight Kids graduate high school Barnes gives everyone free furniture Chozen hooks up with Kumiko Sting Ray wins the sekai takai
Maybe we could see kumiko come to America and be a miyagi do co-sensei with chozen and daniel and Jessica Andrews cousin move out to LA and become a miyagi do co-sensei as well. Chozen and kumiko will become boyfriend and girlfriend and maybe Mike Barnes will hire snake and Dennis as well to take down terry silver. And maybe we can see daniel, Johnny, chozen and Mike fight Miguel’s dad hector as well
I have a feeling something will happen to Carmen for her to lose the baby and SOMEHOW Daniel will be in the middle of it and he and Johnny will turn enemies again while Kreese will embrace him once more...
He wouldn't. Anthony has kinda gone through a nice guy who realized the wrong of his actions arc. He wouldn't do that because he's changed. I also doubt Kenny having any beef with anyone seeing as his entire world view has been flipped on his head. The two are definitely gonna make up.
I hope in this season they have more episodes hell I don’t care if it takes long I want them to be as good as quality as stranger things was in their last season
Hey Stryfe the Warrior, only some small thing about what you said here at 1:14. Many people dont like it, but in the real world the All Valley comission would do a do-over and declare Sam as the girls Winner. If the Champion gets exposed as cheater, even if Tory herself didnt cheat, the runner up gets declared as Champion, thats the way how the real world works. The only possibility is they want Tory and Sam repeated their final, in a neutral place maybe with no audience, only officials. And if the two girls want that, they could do it. So they would give Tory a fair chance to win fair and square since she herself didnt cheat. There are 3 possibilites: 1) Tory stays the Championesse 2) Sam gets declared as the Championesse 3) The final gets repeated In my humble opinion, 1 is very unrealistic, 2 can be done, but 3 should be done, since Tory herself didnt cheat. What do you think? Is that possible?
