This is all the fault of our government. Why the govt not making things clear? When everyone knows that there are so many news about privatisation of banks then why the govt not making it clear. The future of thousands of aspirants is on stake. Why the govt can't name the two banks that will be privatised. Why it is giving the media an opportunity to create such confusing situation. What about the aspirants. Who is thinking about them.

Recent news says only a few banks will not be privatised.... Today I met people working in aryavart whose BOI is going to be privatised. They said there will be no effect and told us to not worry. They also that if sponsor bank will be privatised, sponsor bank would be changed. Bt RRBs would work as they do.

Share of sponsor bank is only 35%, rest is hold by Central Gov 50% and state Gov 15%.. Though sponsor bank becomes private, RRB's will remain as govt's bank..But govt has already amended rrb act, in which it says Shares of central Gov and Sponsor bank(in combine) can be above/should not be less than 51% where Govt wholly share should not be less than 26%.. In that scenario there will be a possibility of becoming privatized but no one is ready to buy the shares of RRB's from govt , so it is not that possible for RRB to become private

Sir I gave cleared rrb office assistant exam and I have been waiting for sbi po, ibps po, ibps clerk result but my joining of rrb office assistant is on 19 march. If i join the rrb ao and cleared the sbi po or ibps po i have to quit the rrb ao and have to pay 60000 bond money . What should i do? Please guide me sir in this matter.

In your matter you should join rrb oa and wait for the result of Sbi PO ibps PO. If it comes positive then you can join the respective PO post. Regarding the bond money you can pay assuming as one month salary. It’s not a big deal. But but but if you decline the RRB OA in hope of PO and are probably are unable to clear the Respective PO, then you will regret it later. And IBPS clerk and RRB OA are almost same it doesn’t matter much. So if you clear the clerk no need to join rather you can continue as RRP OA and try again for PO. So in my opinion, you should join RRB OA and if you clear the PO then resign it and join the PO. Good luck
