These days I take breaks at least every 2 hours. When I was younger I would play the 8 hour straight sessions no problem but you need to to do what works for you.

Thank you! You can simplify your question without torturing yourself with endless external questions like " what if he thinks etc". I am risking 180 pot on the river, he needs to defend a certain percentage of his range to make this bet not profitable and I don't think he will call often enough. If I get called by a hand I would expect him to fold like 65 spades then I would over bluff him less in general. A9 here is already nearing the bottom of my range so a bluff is reasonable as it is

Yes thats the skill edge part, there isn't a one sentence answer in terms of how to play when you hit an ace but in general you will be folding if facing barrels since most players play range cbet in 4bet pots and then split on turns and since his only non ace 4bet bluff is kqs, its just a fold vs his range when he barrels since they dont barrel with the other strong pairs as bluffs
