I think I know who the killer is. I believe it may have been Katz, the coworker, here's why. Since Cory showed us that all doors were locked, no random person had the key to unlock them, but Katz could have lied saying that he couldn't have opened them because he had the keys, as if he was planning on killing Cory. I think Katz was planning on killing Cory because he had a date, with Amber, Cory's girlfriend. And Katz wouldn't give any details about who it was, and Amber refused to give Cory a ride home, because she knew this would happen, because she planned it with Katz. They both wanted to kill him because they wanted to date each other, so Katz changed clothes after unlocking the bathroom doors, along with the back door, and hid in the forest, waiting for the right time to go in and kill Cory. As you could see, the guy had every part of his body covered, so you wouldn't be able to see his skin, which is another reason I believe that it is Katz. And Amber said that she would have a beer waiting for Cory when he got back, but it was really for Katz. And Amber and Katz knew that the phone like was dead, so Cory couldn't call anyone for a ride home, or for help, and that was there plan. And the guy he thought was the killer, was just a man who wanted a late night snack and a beer, but he only had money for one, so he asked if Cory was alone to see if he stole anything, no one could help Cory get it back, so he went to look for a snack to steal. But when he kept seeing that Cory was looking at him he decided on just getting a beer instead, since it was a lot cheaper. And while Katz was hiding in the forest, he waiting for the guy to walk out so when he went to kill Cory, there were no witnesses or people to help Cory. Now my hands are tired.
