my wife was having those terminal secretions along with a moaning type sound. we thought she was in distress, when the terminal secretions got bad enough we would ask the nurses to do something about that. they had a vacuum suction type device, i thought they were clearing her lungs. now i know what they were doing. i learn more and more every video you put out and am thankful for your channel as it helps me to better understand what was going on during her dying process. GOD BLESS YOU!

Just want to remind you about the most most important decision we need to make before we die, and that is to receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior. I just wanted to let you know a little about what the bible says. It takes more than just believing in God. John 3:3 says, we must be Born Again to get to heaven before our time is up.. Everyone has sinned and fallen short of God's glorious standard, and all need to be made right with God by his grace, which is a free gift. We need to be made free from sin through Jesus Christ. Bible also says, its not by works should any one boast. So being a good person does not get you to heaven either. The only way to heaven is by repenting of your sins, which means a change of mind, and putting your faith and trust in Jesus. Romans 10:13 says, Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. So you see, there is a need for salvation to get to heaven. That is why Jesus died on the cross. He took all of our sins upon him, so that if you accept Him as your Lord and Savior, you can have eternal life in paradise. You do not get there being a good person, or doing good deeds. Many people believe that is all it takes. Jesus also says, that I am the way, the Truth, and the Life, no one comes unto the father, except through me. So please make that decision, so that you can have peace and comfort before your time is up. Its the most important decision of your life. You can then have that peace and assurance of salvation in your heart. All you have to do is humble your heart and pray with faith,... "I repent of my sins, and I turn to You. You said in Your word that if we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we shall be saved. I ask You Jesus to forgive me of all my sins, come into my heart, and take control of my life. From this day forward I want to live for you. ..... It's not about the words, it's about your heart. The Lord will then send His Holy Spirit to live on the inside of you. The Holy Spirit is Gods seal of salvation, and your evidence you have been Born Again. He will transform your heart and mind. He will bring you into a personal relationship with Jesus. You will become a new person inside. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new”. Its truly amazing! You will be filled with peace, love, and joy of the Lord inside you. All the fruits of the Holy Spirit. He will comfort you in your time of need, and give you the strength to endure. No matter what you are going through, Jesus wants to help you through it. You can lean on Him. Its the most important decision of anyone's life. God's Word says that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own efforts or works (Ephesians 2:8-9). Grace Alone. Jesus is the only way to heaven. Please believe me, its all in the bible. Its the Word of God..I am not judging or condemning anyone, just letting you know there is much more if you put your trust in Him. Jesus cares for you, and does not wish for you to be separated from him. Please don't wait. Today is the day of salvation. He loves you, and does wish for anyone to be apart from Him, but to have eternal life in heaven. I'm praying for you. Please ask Jesus to come into your life today, my friend, You are special to Jesus. Romans 10:9-10. "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Be blessed

I had my little dog on a portable death bed during his last couple of weeks or so. My kids were pretty busy with activities but I had my dog in my arms everywhere I went. When I was cradling him at my son's boy scout meeting, I heard the death rattle for the first time in my life even after working as a CNA. That's when I knew it was the end. He passed later that night.

I won’t lie. I’ve seen some messed up stuff in my time but once I started working the hospital, security, I heard the death rattle a few times. I don’t know what it is but that has stuck with me more than other things. What about people scream and yelling like they’re being attacked right before they pass? Do you have videos on that? My theory is the devil is coming to get them. There was an elderly woman that was screaming like she was being attacked and saying, who are you leave me alone get out of my kitchen…. And other things. I quickly get to her room and I noticed her eyes were closed like she was sleeping and not acknowledging me. A nurse told me, don’t worry she’s dreaming. A few hours later, she passed away. Others I’ve witnessed talking to themselves peacefully. I subscribed.

I'm not going to say no devil no bad things because if you believe in God you also believe in the devil. And the dying process is a actual mystery to us. @@Jomama02 Last September my oldest aunt (mom's oldest sister) passed away one week after her 101st birthday. She had NO dementia, on her 100th birthday I talked with her on the phone for an hour. Her grand daughter spent time sitting with her at the end and told me at the funeral that grandma said her deceased husband was sitting in the chair across the room waiting for her. I truly believe that because I have heard other people say things like that. I believe in life after death and also reincarnation. Weird things happened to me around the house after my dad passed away 15 years ago. There is a documentary video you should watch called "The Life After Death Project". True story. It's on DVD and I think RU-vid.

Depending n their diagnosis, they could just be hallucinating. Dementia causes it for sure. The more the disease progresses, the more like they are to have that happen. Also, when someone is about to leave this plane they’ll often see their friends and family that passed before them. When that happens it won’t be long before they pass too.

@@mcrchickenluvr that I have noticed with people talking to themselves in a happy and peaceful manner. A few times I’ve walked by rooms on floors and overheard some and noticed no one is around. I love your videos I started watching them on Facebook then I realized you were on RU-vid and I started watching more of them and I have videos of my mom when she had that rattle when she was going in life it made my life easier and when I hear you talk about it as a hospice nurse and prepared if my aunt goes@hospicenursejulie

Hospice did not want to roll over my daughter. She told them “NO Catheter” but they did anyway. She had that rattle all day and night that she passed from cancer. I’m get so upset when I think about it.

I can’t explain… I don’t get triggered by anything. But this I found disturbing. I think mostly because it’s connected to an actual person. I think I’d be 70% less disturbed if it was AI-generated. But knowing this was an actual person in the moment of unaliving…. That made it chilling. In part because this is a super-private moment…. witnessed by tons of people. (That’s not to say I think Julie was wrong in using it to educate people. I think it’s fine.)

Interesting drugs. I wonder how they may affect the patient's cognition. Solanaceous alkaloids are famously psychoactive...witches have been using them for millennia.

death is so fucking stupid. makes me so angry that we're only here for 50- 70 years (if you're lucky), and then it's back to oblivion. I'd rather not have been born.
