Hindi pa po maliwanag kung yung iprinisinta niya ay illegally recorded, or transmitted. Also, her possession of the recording did not occur in the territorial jurisdiction of the PH. The court has to make a determination pa if playing the recording is considered a crime committed here.

The illegally recorded video with audio can be presented in court. That is an exception in the law.

@@LUMINOUS_Channel atty. Trixie, halimbawa sa pamamahay ko may cctv at may nangyaring pagtatalo, nauwi sa pag-a-away at sakitan, dalawan sa mga bisita na di nila alam na may cctv, pwede bang humingi ng recoerded copy ang isa sa kanila sa akin at ito ba ay di illegal?

No po. Barangay CCTVs do not record audio and therefore dont violate this law. They are also placed in public where there is little expectation of privacy.

If the crime is committed outside the territorial jurisdiction of the Philippine that person cannot be charged here

Ma'am, kung madalas po kayong manood kay Atty Trixie, nasasabi naman niya po na ang mga batas ng bansa, ay para lang po sa mga mamamayan na nandito sa bansa. So hindi po pwedeng kasuhan ang isang tao kung wala po dito sa Pilipinas dahil walang jurisdiction ang Philippine Law sa ibang bansa dahil ang masusunod po ay yung mga batas po ng bansang iyon.

Hindi ba masasakop ng interpol iyan, if the member country requested to have it so? It will be a national security issue if one person can just do like that especially for matters involving the government.
