Yes, I think this is correct. When I get stressed, I used manifestation techniques to calm my nerve systems and then guide my actions to actually manifest it. I've been manifesting my successful completion of uni courses and potential lover. Just keep going. Thanks Shelly! I like your videos so much and they're very helpful to make full use of treasure time to realise dreams.

Yes, exactly Ms. Shelly what I desire also desires me and I know that my sp desires me but, at the same time I don't want to beg for people to be friends with me and even follow me on Instagram anymore and people seeing me as this way and saying that I can't get a girlfriend like for instance getting my sp! I manifested weight loss and changed myself concept I literally have people tell me my body is muscular and strong that I have an amazing body 🥰 they also asked me what I do to work out I don't work out i would love to tho it's literally what I tell myself every day I start with I love my body my body is strong muscular and amazing and my back is very strong and amazing I work on myself love to fill myself up every day I also think weight loss is about the little things you do everyday by challenging yourself to do them and I think it's not just about telling yourself amazing things it's about feeling amazing which changes everything thank you so much you look so beautiful 🥰❤️

The actual meaning of this quote is that ultimately we seek truth happiness and love and we are already are that, in the now as pure awareness as our true self, our true nature is all that we seek in the outside, we just have to take a step back and rest as that, abide in our true self witch is beyond time and spase in the now.
