Located 30 miles off the coast of Belize, the legendary location is located on the Turneffe Atoll - the largest of only four coral reefs situated in the western hemisphere. Here, anglers can find a sprawling saltwater playground and a tropical vacation experience unlike anywhere else in the world.
One of the best things about a saltwater fly fishing trip to Turneffe Flats is the wide variety of species in the area. Turneffe is one of those rare places in the world where anglers can go after a "Grand Slam", which means catching a bonefish, permit, AND a tarpon on the same trip.
