Pile 3. Thank you for reminding me to not judge and to be compassionate. My ex told me that she was having a hard time accepting the fact that I love her. She didn’t believe me and soon ran. She later told me that she is seeing a therapist and spending a lot of time walking her dog. At this point I’m just going with whatever happens. If I meet someone who is ready for love I guess I’ll go for it, and wish my ex the best. It might be years before she’s ready, and I just spent years working on myself and then covid. The continued isolation feels harmful for me. Not her fault, not mine either. Just life.

He has an overbearing and abusive mother - and he is 50 yo but she still controls him and his 3 sisters ways of making decisions and living their lives out of fear of her disapproval. She is very wealthy and they all stand to receive large inheritances. My person knows that she is not a good person at all. But he is so scared of her. A lifetime of belittling and demeaning has given her so much power and control.

Pile 2 csme up for a new interest. The guy has a lot going for him but everytime I think we are msking progress he projrcts dome serious shit onto me. The person I am and the person he sees me as are 2 different people. I cant build a dolid relationship on such rocky foundations and hes shown some serious red flags.

Pile 3, may have been victim turned preditor. He has done so much damage to whole community. Narcissism, sadism, laughs at victims. The huge difference between trauma survivors and perpetrators is they would never do that to anyone. Mr evil is entitled and never accountable on to his next gold digging romantic swindle, that invariably will blow up in his face. Melancholy, hope so. Ty. I believe this DM was sexually abused as a child and has never acknowledged this. He has kept this inside for so many years. I walked away because of disrespect. After 2 months when I wanted to clarify this, he shut the door in my face. I always felt that he was ice cold and could never emotionally open up. It's been 5 months now and my heart goes out to him.
I'm not a doctor so I can only share with you my own experience with anemia I had to learn that nutritions specifically, iron, b12, folic acid and selenium play a huge part in blood production and helped me to manage my anemia ( aside from the deeper shadow work, I do believe it needs both) I also noticed that low levels of vitamin D3 have an impact there too since it can cause or worsen inflammation in the body which doesn't help with anemia. of course I can only speak for me and there are different types of anemia but maybe this information helps you in a way.
Please always listen to your own discernment. If someone has narcissistic traits and treats people in that way then that’s a red flag and you need to protect yourself.
