I didn't realize how bad the mosquito's we're until I saw Diana with the net on her head. I think I could see all the mosquitoes flying in the background. WOW
Yep.... you saw them, Great takeaway! It is an important fact to be prepared for. The area is really great and not to be missed, just come prepared! We recommend the winter.... December-February. ~ Brad and Diana

Excellent video, you two. Noticed your were sporting the RV Underway ballcap....nice branding! Thanks. Ms. Barbara tells me we will be staying at Flamingo on our trip toward Key West (after the Tampa Sho0w and our meetup with BWO). Can't wait to see it, after viewing this video. Thanks a bunch. Peace.
Thanks! Love the RV Underway hat.... glad you noticed it!! Oh that is fantastic that you get to go to Flamingo.... take Bug Spray! See you soon! ~ Brad and Diana
Hi Brad and Diana! I’ll have to get that mesh shirt you have when we go! It’s been a long time since I’ve been there and it was great to see it all again through your Lens! We have a red shouldered hawk hanging out where we are too! Those crocodiles were huge! And so was that tarpon Brad had on his line! So fun and informative! Thank you both for sharing your adventures with us!!
This is just about as inspiring as a travel proposal can be. The reason I became a travel blogger was because I never stopped dreaming. Excerpts about traveling like this one help us to remember how travel makes us humble and life experiences are more important than physical “things.” The older I get, the more I value experiences over things. I think this short travel excerpt really hits the nail on the head......thanks for sharing this amazing experience!!!!
Great review of ENP. I live in the area and have spent many a weekend there fishing both the inside and outside. You're not kidding when you say that the nearest grocery store is 50 miles away. I wasn't aware of the limited hookups. Our RV is on order, and when it arrives we'll be both camping/fishing to have more time on the water.
Hello, my dear friends! Some good tips! The Everglades Natl. Park must be absolutely impressive and beautiful to visit....Hope one day to visit Florida! In my dream list....Enjoy your time always! BIG embrace from Milan to you! Renata
That was so cool to see the crocs, I have not seen them before. And looks like Brad had a good day fishing. You gave some wonderful information and tips for camping in the Everglades. We need to try that place sometime. All our best, Debbie - BluWave Odyssey
You guys had some great tips. This park looks great. We want to do it too. We will make sure that we bring supplies, bring plenty of deet, and stop at the farm stand. Looks like y’all had a great time fishing and hiking and exploring. 👍🏼
Awesome!! How great to see you here! We have a whole playlist of Exploring Florida!! Hope you get the chance of checking them out. What have you liked best about Florida during your visits? ~ Diana
Just love the editing on this video. The clips are moving at a good pace. We would like to stay at the boondocking site if we had to but would choose electric if available. This was really informative. Was the bench built by the crocs as a human trap? LOL The guided tours sound really nice. Those trails are really great. That looks like a great place to hang out. Really great video!!! ❤️👍👏 Donovan & Jodi
Thank you guys!! Love hearing from you here, and awesome feedback! Yes, between the crocs and the gators, there is a lot to look for at the park. Yes, the Ranger led tours are really great! We will be going back there again! ~ Brad and Diana
Hi guys! I really appreciate your information on this campground. I have often thought about going there and wondered about the mosquitos, amenities, trails and such. You did a great job of giving us the lowdown on this place. Being flexible is great advice for any trip. The mosquito warning is very appropriate for me because I have ALWAYS been a mosquito magnet. Sue ... not so much. Must be my sweet blood, lol. Thanks again.
Hey there!! Thanks for coming over and love your comment! Glad it was helpful. I hope you get the chance to go there. Get the mosquito net jacket for sure. ~ Brad and Diana
Thanks for watching! Glad you get to come to Florida! Don't be too worried about bugs LOL Mosquitos are in other states too. Always good to see your comments. We appreciate you. ~ Brad and Diana
Fantastic Review. Sooo did Brad land that big Tarpon? Inquiring minds want to know. We also want to know about your mosquito netting. Was that a poncho made of netting? Thanks for sharing!! 👍🍻 Sean & Angie
Thank you so much for coming over! Yes, the bug jacket is sold at the marina store, and you can find them on Amazon too. I think it is essential to have the mosquito netting! ~ Brad and Diana
Thank you so much! Oh its great to see you here! I am allergic to bites too! I go with a multi prong approach.... yes.... the mosquito netting really helps; get the larger size as then the netting is not tight onto your skin! I also use the Deet and long sleeves when its not too hot and try to stay in the screen room when not exploring. I also really like the Thermocells and they have personal ones to carry. ~ Diana
When we were there in December 2023 the bathhouses in T loop did not have solar panels…. Are they hooked up to power water heaters now? If so then that is Amazingly awesome ~Brad and Diana
this was made two years ago. I came to the End of The World - two years ago. WE may have passed each other! by the way, it's 2024. Restaurant and lodge are now open, food truck is gone.
Ahh great to see your comments! We were there in December 23 too and saw the lodge; really great to hear the restaurant is open now too! Fun fact… this time I (Diana) forgot the dog food and we (Brad) had to do the 110 mile round trip to get her special food; we were there for 10 days in the rain lol ~Brad and Diana
