The call out at the speedy batting stance, that's totally me. Every time i hit, i subconsciously add the "HA-HA!" scream the lead-off guy from diamond ace does.
I lean all my wait on my back leg then when the ball comes I twist and shift it to my front. According to you my legs are jacked but you are right about my upper body strength.
I got hit by pitch today (and it does not hurt) and two bunt singles. I kinda have a close stance because I just don’t really wanna get hit in the balls and I’m left handed and most pitchers are right handed. I also don’t wear a cup because they are very uncomfortable and I play 1st base and not catchet
I have a balance stance where my feet are practically pointing towards the pitcher, legs a little past shoulders with a part with my bat lined up with my shoulders until I see the pitcher about to swing then my hands go back and since I have a normal uppercut swing, it's either going to be gone, or it's going to be a very high pop-up.
Honestly though they captured the batting stances perfectly I play softball and the stances are pretty much the same I can confirm about the "amphibious" thing though because I am a switch hitter
I’m a right handed batter who stays upright but bends the knees with the bat over my shoulders and I have a small load into a small step and hit the ball
Nothing about my stance - right handed hitter, back foot parallel with the back of the batter's box, front foot pointing at the pitcher, leaning out over the plate. I drive the ball opposite field and don't swing at anything inner half because I can't catch up to it anyway.
One batting stance he forgot is the one where your front foot is cocked up. That means you’re a legit five tool player and a total Chad both on the basepaths and in the bedroom.
Are they on the way to a milli milli, as flight would say, .. I hope so... Also I'm a switch thrower & hitter too... I mean sure I can probably throw faster righty but I still got it both ways.
i actually hit a triple with a chocked up bat so i chocked up the bat which was my first time and ot was a lefty side armer he trew one up left corner and smoked it to left field for a triple ( just saying this is my experience and opinion with a choked up bat )
My stance isn't exactly normal. My legs are straight, wider than shoulder length apart, but not like stretch out, like, about my foot width outside my shoulders. My bat is straight up and down, and is closest to my right arm, not moving. Got anyway to explain who I am?
