Today, I have a highly desirable species - Japanese Black Pine! My demonstration features a 3 year old, 8 year old, and 15 year old Japanese Black Pine bonsai, so you can see what your seedling will look like if you keep working on it. With patience, you can create a bonsai heirloom of your own in just a few years.
With each tree, I'll go over principles about cutting, removing pine needles, wiring, repotting, and more. If you're new to Japanese Black Pine or bonsai in general, this is a great video to learn all the basic principles and techniques.
